"1. The overall check-in experience was not good. The lights in the room came on inexplicably in the morning! The music in the room also reminded me of it inexplicably! Was woken up early in the morning. Feedback to the main station, only explanation without any apology!
2. There are bedbugs in the room, which is common this season. They say that bugs cannot be avoided! It's not like it's their problem. Why! This service!
3. One of the dishes ordered for the room meal was cold and unpalatable, and no satisfactory solution was given after feedback!
Overall stay was not satisfactory"

"The whole house is smart, the room is warm and elegant, and the price is very high in the off-season. I feel so luxurious when I live in a family suite. The boss is very caring, and he has made a special report for eating, drinking and playing, and even the delicious breakfast shop has taken into account. I went to the restaurant opposite the boss introduced it was really cheap and a big bowl. I ordered a noodles and gave it to a full 2-3 individual food. The key is delicious. Yuan'an is really a good place and will come again."

The breakfast is made by the proprietress herself. The soy milk is particularly delicious. The sweet potatoes grown at home are sweet and delicious. The Wushi Village next to it is very interesting, niche attractions, no blockage or crowding"

"The housekeeper will add WeChat and send directions the day before. The entrance of the hotel is inconspicuous, and the lobby is very tall. The room type was upgraded to 3 bedrooms, and the layout of the entrance, guest bathroom, and refrigerator sink area is reasonable. The living room is very large, and the walls on the southeast sides of the sofa in the dining room are floor-to-ceiling windows. There is an infinity pool on the split-level balcony. We are two people staying, and the double bedrooms and double bathrooms on the second floor are not open. The master bedroom on the third floor also has two balconies in the north and south. The room has its own elevator, and the light-colored furniture is neat and generous. Each building is equipped with a parking space, outdoor tables and chairs. The temperature dropped sharply on the night of check-in, and the air conditioning in the whole house was powerful. The design is atmospheric. The housekeeper Daniel is considerate and can be called at any time in the middle of the night. The breakfast is rich and delicious. The hotel is backed by Yushan Mountain and has waterfalls and lakes, and the air is fresh. It is cost-effective and worth staying. There are also many scenic spots around, so you can play and rest at the same time."

"The room was beautifully appointed and thoughtfully decorated. Surrounded by mountains on three sides, the provincial-level trails are bustling with people jogging, fishing, and walking their dogs early in the morning, truly relaxing. The hotel's chef is excellent, and the dendrobium and chicken soup is authentic and delicious. The breakfast is plentiful, with a variety of dishes and a twist on local specialties. While the noise from the construction site across the street was a little disturbing, the construction schedule was manageable. We even brought our dog with us, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout the entire stay – a huge thumbs-up."

"The environment is great, with a large forest oxygen bar. The staff are warm and attentive, and the stay was a great experience. Due to hot water issues, they upgraded to a family room, which is truly spacious. They even cleaned the pool because the kids loved playing in the water. There's also a small stream nearby for fun. I think it would be even more fun if several families came together, so the kids would have some company."

GGuest UserI highly recommend this guesthouse! The service, cleanliness, and facilities all exceeded my expectations.
Facilities: It's a newly opened guesthouse, so the facilities are all new and there was no unpleasant smell. I was really impressed by the Laifen hairdryer, and the bathroom is also great!
Cleanliness: Very clean and tidy. Since it's in a village, I was worried about mosquitoes, but there weren't any at all.
Environment: We chose this guesthouse because we were taking the kids to climb Nineteen Peaks, and it was a 15-minute drive away. We got a good night's sleep there; it was very quiet.
Service: Finally, I have to praise the service. The manager contacted me three weeks before our trip, providing detailed information about parking, directions, and restaurants. Since we weren't familiar with the area, we booked dinner at the guesthouse, and it was surprisingly delicious. The set meal for two, plus an extra scrambled eggs, was more than enough for the whole family. The manager was also very attentive during our stay, and even gave us a souvenir upon departure.
Looking forward to my next stay! Since the area isn't fully developed yet, I hope it will be different next time I visit.

GGuest UserAfter my friend recommended it to me, I felt it was really good. The whole environment was very comfortable, and all the landscaping was exquisite, unique, and elegant, especially the picturesque green lawn, which gave people a particularly comfortable feeling. It was only four or five kilometers away from several 4A scenic spots with canyon scenery.
The food was delicious, and the ingredients were basically grown by their base. We visited a fruit base of several hundred acres. I heard that cherries can be picked in May, and I will bring my family to come again in June when the blueberry season comes.
