Service: This is to be emphasized. On September 15, I arrived at around 2:30 in the afternoon. There were two young ladies at the front desk. The attitude was very good and I was very patient to help me check in. I went out to eat at night and didn’t get the room card. The young lady on duty at night was very patient to help me re-make the card and let me swipe the elevator! When I checked out, I forgot to take the facial cleanser. The front desk lady called to inform me as soon as possible! And put the facial cleanser at the front desk in advance! In short, the experience this time is very good! Recommended! (Forgot to take pictures)"

"The phone in the room is just for show and can't be used. The toilet was clogged and no one came after I called for an hour the first time. The second time I called, they came quickly and fixed it in half an hour and said it was fixed. However, it didn't work again the next day. I was speechless."

The moment I stepped into the room, I was immediately captivated by its aesthetic. The overall design was a gentle yet sophisticated wood-based style, with warm lighting that created a wonderful atmosphere – exactly what I'd always dreamed of for a vacation! The room was incredibly spacious, with amazing natural light. The huge floor-to-ceiling windows framed the distant mountains and tower views like a painting, and waking up to such a soothing mountain view instantly brightened my mood. 🌄"
