Selwood Cottage Annex is a beautifully private, self-contained annex adjacent to the main house (where the owners live). Your home away from home will be spotlessly clean and comes with all the amenities you could want for the perfect stay. The property has been recently completely refurbished with new windows and front door, freshly painted throughout and new vaulted ceiling in the bedroom with large skylights.Tucked away at the end of a quiet lane and private drive, the location is idyllic and wonderfully peaceful, surrounded by fields. The Annex comprises a living area with sofa, TV and small electric fireplace, lovely clean bathroom with large double shower, fully-equipped kitchen with coffee machine and dishwasher and finally double bedroom with sumptuous mattress and fresh linen. There is private parking for 1-2 cars just adjacent and the fields are a stone’s throw away with plenty of fantastic country walks at your fingertips. The space is perfectly suited for 2 adults. The barn is not visible from the road when you enter, you have to come up the drive of the main house. Additionally, you can see and hear the road from the garden, its usually pretty quiet but 8am/5pm can be more noticeable.Please note re the brass bath, we provide Brass friendly shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and Bramley bubble bath.
