As our newest property, Villa Serena is well on it's way to catching up!Villa Serena is a new home that was designed to be your tranquil oasis.It is decorated in the colors of the sun, sand and sea. All the cabinets and furniture in the home were locally made which gives the house an authentic Mexican feel. Every item in the house is BRAND NEW and was carefully chosen to create a beautiful, serene space. Villa Serena is a second tier home which means it is not a beach front property but is located in the second row across a small dirt road. In fact, it is only 68 short steps from the house to the beach access path. Because of the way Villa Serena was built, it's terraces sit higher than the beach front homes and provide absolutely gorgeous views of the Sea of Cortez from every room of the house. The house is even close enough to the water to have the sounds of the sea fill the terraces and home during high tide.Villa Serena is located in Section 8 of Las Conchas which is close to the entrance of the community. Las Conchas has 24 hour security and the guards make hourly rounds of the roads and beach.Villa Serena has 3 bedrooms (which sleep seven guests) and 3 bathrooms. There is also a gorgeous marble seating bar at the kitchen island with three stools. Villa Serena has two terrace levels that have stunning views of the sea.
