We are walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, and ferry service to Newport. Beavertail State Park & Fort Wetherill are a bike ride away . There is a private entrance with keypad, A/C, and one off street parking space. State Reg #00074-STR. What makes us special is the fact we love hosting, because you are a special guest within our 3 family home. There is a 3 night minimum for this apartment, however we also have a 3rd floor B&B space with only a 1 night minimum if you want a quick get away, and don't mind stairs.
