These are shared among guests from my two other apartments. We don't have direct access to the water. However, we're a two-minute walk to the Albemarle Sound access, and a boardwalk makes it perfect for a sunset stroll. We're about ten minute walk to the ocean. Not pet friendly. There is a cat that lives in the common outdoor areas. The owner lives in the building in front of the house.
