The bed offered just the right level of comfort, and they even provided three different pillow options. The pure cotton bedding felt incredibly soft and gentle against the skin, guaranteeing a truly restful night's sleep until morning. The bathroom featured excellent wet/dry separation, and the toiletries were from a renowned fragrance brand. Hot water was instantaneous and maintained a consistent temperature. These thoughtful details truly highlighted the hotel's commitment to quality, making my stay incredibly comfortable.

Incredible breakfast with dozens of things to choose from in a beautiful dining room with large glass windows overlooking a garden. Staff were very eager to help, though only the concierge spoke good English. The room was very large with a good bed and large bathroom. Very clean and comfortable. As with other hotels we visited in China, we occasionally smelled some cigarette/cigar smoke in the (non-smoking) room or in the hallway outside the room.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable, I just didn't want to get out of bed. The room is very clean, bright and spacious. The facilities are very new, with electric curtains, automatic toilet, and very comfortable pillows, one soft and one hard. The hair conditioner received positive reviews from my sister-in-law, hahaha. There is a clothesline in the shower room, which is convenient. Convenient transportation, very close to the subway station. The service was very good. When checking in, we were given warm chrysanthemum water and hot towels to wipe off the dust from the journey. The breakfast is also good, with a wide variety of Chinese and Western restaurants. I am very satisfied with my stay, and my family members give it high praise. Recommended stay.

Self-service Americano & Espresso: Good. A bowl of porridge late at night: The hotel environment is very good, the service is excellent, the facilities are complete, and it's clean and tidy. There's a QR code for butler service in the room; scanning the code to order items is free. Very good, highly recommended, I'll come again next time. The flowers at the front desk are very vibrant and beautiful.

Just got back from Hong Kong, and the contrast is huge! The Hampton room was spacious, very clean, and the breakfast was great. In Hong Kong's Tsim Sha Tsui area, a place like this would easily cost over 2000 HKD a night. Hotels in Yunnan are really amazing – high quality and incredibly good value for money. Parking at the hotel is convenient with an underground garage. The front desk service was excellent, and the staff were warm and professional. They helped us store our luggage and provided recommendations for local attractions. The Hailes World shopping mall is just a few minutes' walk away. The lobby also offers free juice and cookies, which was a nice touch. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

It's very clean and sanitary, with dry and wet areas separated. The room is also quite big. Just don't go to the road side, as the rooms on that side are noisy. It's ok if you bring earplugs. The breakfast is also good, the rice noodles are delicious, the laundry room is also very useful, and there is a very large rooftop for drying clothes. The water is also very delicious.
