The hotel's location is excellent, offering views of Kunming South Railway Station while still being very quiet, ensuring a good night's rest. The staff are highly professional, warm, and attentive. We arrived at 10 PM, and despite a large number of guests checking in, the staff managed everything smoothly and efficiently. Special mention goes to Xing Guangfan, who provided incredibly thoughtful and detailed service. Not only did he meticulously explain all the hotel's services, but he also upgraded us to a lake view room on the 43rd floor, which offered a superb view. The mattress was just right—not too soft, not too hard—making for a comfortable sleep, and the Philips TV had excellent picture quality. The breakfast spread was comprehensive, with both Chinese and Western options. Plus, the shuttle service to the high-speed train station was incredibly convenient and heartwarming. For anyone traveling by high-speed rail, choosing this hotel is an absolute breeze and a pleasure. Highly, highly recommended!

The room layout was well-designed, stylishly decorated, spacious, bright, and comfortable. Since I stayed for eight days, I received a complimentary upgrade to a south-facing room. I've previously stayed at Mengjing hotels in Xishuangbanna and downtown Kunming, and I've always been impressed by their focus on service and hygiene. That's why I chose Mengjing again this time. The breakfast was a bit limited, but it was enough to fill me up and tasted good. The cook also kept the area very clean. Although the central air conditioning in each room could be individually adjusted, it wasn't very effective. The front desk staff kindly provided me with an electric heater, which solved my heating issue. The young lady at the front desk was consistently polite and helpful. I'm very grateful for her assistance during my stay. While the hotel aims for good value for money, I hope they can improve the overall comfort. Due to the affordable price, many guests with less desirable etiquette also stay here. There was smoking everywhere, loud conversations in the hallway until 2 or 3 AM, and a general disregard for others. Additionally, the soundproofing isn't as good as an apartment, so I was often woken up in the middle of the night. It seems the hotel is struggling to address this issue.

The room was spotless, tidy, and had excellent natural light thanks to the full-length windows, which also made it very pleasant to open for fresh air. The front desk service was fantastic, and the bathroom was clean, perfect for a hot shower to wash away travel fatigue. The hotel's location isn't far from Dounan Flower Market.

I've stayed here several times now. It's right in Colorful Yunnan, and there are plenty of restaurants downstairs, making dining incredibly convenient. The rooms are uniquely designed and very spacious. For the same price, I doubt you could find another hotel with rooms this large. The attention to detail in the room's decor is also very thoughtful. They even provide a washing machine and a drying rack, which is a huge plus since it's often hard to find a place to dry clothes after washing them. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a fantastic view of a sizable lake. You can sit and enjoy panoramic views of the lake and the city. Overall, my experience was extremely satisfying.

Arriving late at night from Kunming South Station, I chose the Hilton Garden Inn because they offer a shuttle service, which you just need to book in advance by phone. The service was thoughtful and thorough. All the hotel staff were very welcoming and had great attitudes. The only downside is that the restaurant is quite small, so I had to wait for a table at breakfast, which I guess means it's a popular hotel.

I initially booked this hotel online without much thought, and honestly, the value for money is absolutely incredible. The lobby greeted me with a lovely floral scent, and the front desk staff were professional and efficient, making check-in super fast. They patiently answered all my questions, and when they found out we enjoyed watching sports, they even upgraded us to a deluxe cinema king room. Watching the World Cup on the 120-inch screen was fantastic! The room was spotless, the bathroom had no strange odors or water stains, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The whole room was well-ventilated and felt fresh. The facilities were well-maintained and looked new; the lighting, hot water, and air conditioning all worked perfectly. The soundproofing was excellent, so I wasn't bothered by any hallway noise. Downstairs, it's right next to Wanda Plaza, and just a bit further is Qicai Yunnan No.1 City, so you can find any kind of food you're craving. Unfortunately, it's been raining a lot in Kunming recently. I went out without an umbrella, got caught in the rain, and started feeling a bit sick. I ordered some medicine and filled in the address provided by the front desk, but after waiting over half an hour, it still hadn't arrived. My phone even showed it as delivered. I called the delivery driver to ask where it was, and it turned out he had delivered it to the wrong building. He refused to come back and redeliver it, and then hung up on me, which made me furious. I asked the front desk for help finding my medicine. When they learned I had a cold, they brought me a cup of hot water for my medicine and thoughtfully brought an umbrella, reminding me that it's rainy season in Kunming and it's better to carry one. Their service truly warmed my heart. I will definitely be strongly recommending this place to my friends here.

The location is fantastic, within walking distance of the South Station, and very convenient with plenty of amenities nearby. The room was cozy and thoughtfully designed, with excellent attention to detail, including a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom and soft bedding. The front desk service was incredibly attentive, proactively helping us plan our itinerary. It truly felt like a home away from home.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, very close to Kunming South Railway Station and not far from Laoyu River Wetland Park. What was really exciting was stumbling upon a Party building and community engagement display on July 1st at the wetland park – I just had to take some photos! The hotel itself is beautifully designed in a grand European style with a great atmosphere. I particularly appreciated the complimentary pick-up and drop-off service to and from the station; it was a lovely and thoughtful touch. The front desk even upgraded my room upon check-in, which was a pleasant surprise! Highly recommend this place!

I chose this hotel near the high-speed rail station for my layover in Kunming. They offer a free shuttle service to and from the station, which is very convenient – just contact them on the day. There are several hotels in this building, but this one felt newer and was very clean. The 10th floor houses the front desk, laundry room, gym, and breakfast area. We booked two lake-view king rooms for three people, including breakfast, for just over 300 yuan a day. Breakfast vouchers were provided. However, the breakfast selection was a bit limited. The freshly made rice noodles were decent; I've had rice noodles for over ten days during my trip in Yunnan, and they've all been good. If you get bored at the hotel, you can go to Wuyue Plaza, which is about five kilometers away and a 10-15 minute ride by car. The shower pressure was good, and the bedding was comfortable, although the pillows were a bit too high for me. The hotel service was excellent. When checking out, just take your room card to the ground floor and find the driver for the free shuttle service back to the station.
