We brought our child here for university and stayed at this hotel for several days. The service was excellent, and we were very satisfied. The hotel was very welcoming, the staff were very friendly, and parking was convenient. Kunming University is just across the street; the university is right across the street. Breakfast was delivered to our door in the morning, and fruit and yogurt were served in the evening. Our elderly guests were very pleased! We were extremely satisfied and will definitely stay here again next time we come.

We took our whole family on a road trip to Kunming for the Spring Festival, staying for two nights. We booked two twin rooms, which were quite spacious. The single beds were 1.35 meters tall and couldn't be combined (the website showed that double rooms were unavailable, but upon arrival, the staff said they were, but we needed to pay an extra 200 yuan). The twin rooms cost over 500 yuan. Because we arrived late (11 pm), we were given two adjacent rooms, but they faced the corridor directly (we negotiated with the front desk and were given a double room on a different floor). Complaints: 1. The hotel has a lobby on one floor, rooms 20-26, and a breakfast restaurant on the 27th. One room card can only be used on your own floor and the 27th floor... so you have to share a floor with your travel companions (I'm on the 22nd floor, my family is on the 25th; remember to ask the front desk to activate this, otherwise you can't use the elevator), and you can't use the stairs. 2. The underground parking lot is hard to find. Be sure to call the front desk beforehand to find out the parking entrance. Remember to register your license plate at the front desk every time you leave. 3. There's no trash can under the sink in the room, so we don't know where to throw away used towels. ... Advantages: 1. Large room, spacious bed, good cleanliness, and the blankets are light and comfortable. 2. Small breakfast area, limited variety, but the ingredients are fresh—suitable for seniors and children, healthy and not too heavy on the flavors. 3. The view from the rooftop is also nice. The breakfast area staff are much more professional than the front desk staff on the first floor. 4. The laundry room is next to the breakfast area, so you can do laundry while having breakfast and finish just in time.

Spacious room size, it’s facing west so we enjoyed beautiful sunset with lake view. The location near to where to send our car for repairing, and It’s about 30-40 mins driving distance if to go to old town or the famous dianchi. So for us with a rented car, the location was good and with free parking place. Only thing was that the breakfast was less variety and never looked attractive or to come back again for the breakfast. Overall it’s good!
