I stayed at this hotel for a study trip. The decor is quite beautiful, the service is excellent, and the attention to detail is impressive. It's clean and tidy, and the bed is very comfortable. I'm extremely satisfied. It's conveniently located directly across from Kunming University. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

This is my go-to hotel whenever I visit Kunming, truly my favorite among all. As a star-rated hotel, the environment and facilities are excellent. The front desk service is incredibly attentive, especially Wendy, who was outstanding. She helped with my luggage, promptly responded to all my requests with high efficiency, and always had a friendly, professional smile. The hotel's location is also very convenient, and it even has a parking lot. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the bedding and toiletries are top-notch. They also offer a laundry room with dryers, and the breakfast is bountiful. For a hotel of its star rating, I'll always choose this one first!

The hotel's overall design is very tasteful and has a great ambiance. ❤️🎆 The butler service was thoughtful and attentive, with quick and detailed responses. The high-altitude view was absolutely stunning; the scenery from the window was expansive, and the night view was especially beautiful. The stay was comfortable, all the details were well-executed, and I'm very satisfied overall. It's worth coming back again.

My stay at the Sheraton in Kunming was an overall fantastic experience, and I must give a special shout-out to Cindy from the front office! She contacted me before I even arrived and was incredibly warm and thoughtful. She proactively helped coordinate and resolve any issues we encountered. We asked her a lot of questions about local dining, attractions, and popular spots, and she patiently and meticulously answered every one, offering many practical suggestions that greatly enhanced our trip. Her service was genuinely warm, professional, and attentive, making us feel right at home. The hotel's facilities were also excellent; the room was clean and comfortable. I'm very satisfied overall and will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Kunming.

The hotel was easy to find and offered convenient underground parking. The overall environment was very comfortable, and both the cleanliness and service were excellent. The breakfast was also very satisfying.

The family room was spacious and clean. The hotel environment was great, and the breakfast was good. However, most of the surrounding shops were closed for the Chinese New Year. Having the hot spring right in the room was so convenient; I had a great night's sleep after a soak. The breakfast was plentiful, the bedding comfortable, and the service from Souci was very attentive. Excellent value for money, I'll definitely be back!

Rooms are spacious and fully equipped with disposables. There's a pool on the first floor, great for a swim if the weather's good. The manager even upgraded our room because we had a child and it would be inconvenient for showering – truly appreciate that! The interior design is full of thoughtful details. As someone in the architecture industry, I can tell the design and construction were done with great care. The lobby's decor is a luxurious, vintage style, and the marble floor mosaic is beautiful. The doors and windows provide excellent sound insulation, blocking out all noise from the hallway and outside. The service is incredibly thoughtful; they accommodated all our reasonable requests. The male manager was very kind and considerate, and the cleaning staff spoke softly and gently. My child loved this hotel. This has been the most comfortable stay since we arrived in Yunnan, so we decisively extended our stay for another two weeks. Everything was spotless and very clean.

The front desk lady is gentle and patient, check-in is fast, and questions will be answered carefully. The rooms are clean and tidy, the layout is comfortable, the environment is quiet and comfortable, the hotel is taken care of very carefully, live at ease and relax, I strongly recommend everyone to stay!
