The room was super spacious, clean and tidy, with smart facilities. It's not far from the subway station, making it very convenient to take the subway or a taxi to Kunming's attractions. Downstairs, there's a night market and a farmers' market, which is great for staying a while, eating, strolling, and experiencing the local life of Kunming. The hotel staff were also very enthusiastic. It feels like much better value for money than staying near the old town.

My stay at the Kunming Kailan Hotel completely exceeded my expectations – it was an absolutely perfect five-star experience! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by its unique design. The hotel boasts a rich French-Nanyang style, making it feel like I was instantly transported to a Southern French getaway. The sky lobby on the 10th floor is a real highlight, with its high ceilings, exquisite floral arrangements, and lush greenery, creating a luxurious yet relaxed artistic ambiance. Every photo I took there looked stunning. The smart room features were excellent. The whole room is voice-controlled, from opening the curtains to let in the morning light to adjusting the indoor lighting, it felt incredibly futuristic and convenient. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom amenities were high quality; every detail showed careful thought. What surprised me most were the hotel's facilities and services. The infinity pool on the 10th floor offers stunning city views, and swimming in the sun or relaxing on a lounge chair was incredibly enjoyable. The breakfast was also surprisingly rich, featuring not only authentic Yunnan rice noodles and special golden pheasant flower scrambled eggs, but also a variety of exquisite Western pastries. It's served from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM, which is very 'lazy-friendly'. The service was simply impeccable, from the warm reception at the front desk to the thoughtful service from the butler (like providing hand warmers when it was cold), and the meticulous laundry butler who returned my clothes. Every interaction made me feel warm and valued. Whether for a business trip or a leisure vacation, Kunming Kailan Hotel is an excellent choice. Its thoughtful design, comprehensive facilities, and exceptional service perfectly embody the five-star standard. Next time I'm in Kunming, this will definitely be my top choice!

I chose this guesthouse for a one-night stopover in Kunming, and it's an absolute steal, located right near Kunming High-speed Railway Station and Shuangqiao Night Market. We booked the room well in advance and had told the owner we'd arrive around 1 AM. However, our flight was delayed by an hour, so we didn't get to the airport until 1 AM, and by the time we reached the guesthouse, it was nearly 2 AM. The owner stayed up the whole time, patiently waiting for us at the guesthouse, which was incredibly touching. The car could only drop us off by the road, and we had to walk through a small alley to get there. Initially, we were a bit apprehensive, worried that a guesthouse in an alley might not have good conditions, or even be a trap. But seeing the owner patiently waiting instantly put our concerns to rest. During check-in, the owner even proactively offered us a free upgrade to a triple room. The room was very spacious, located on the top floor, and very quiet. The only minor drawback was that the bathroom didn't have a door, which made it a bit inconvenient when my friend showered or wanted to use the toilet, as they couldn't use the mirror or feel comfortable. However, overall, it didn't affect our stay at all. For this price, to get such service and a room like this is truly excellent value. The projector was large, perfect for a one-night stopover in Kunming. The owner is really kind. They waited up late, upgraded our room for free, and were always friendly and welcoming. I'd highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting Kunming and needing accommodation near the high-speed rail station. It's also a short and convenient taxi ride to the station.

This is a two-story house with a living room downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. We stayed here for six nights, originally booked for four, and extended for another two because we were so satisfied. The service staff, especially one young lady, was incredibly warm and friendly. When I stayed here, I had a package in Dali, and she even helped me call to check on it. I'm very grateful to her!

The room was spacious, the service was attentive, the in-room amenities were complete, the smart devices were very convenient, and the stay was comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent, close to the train station, subway station, Shuangqiao Night Market, Kunming Old Street, and the International Convention and Exhibition Center, all within walking distance. I would stay here again if I had the chance.

A smart hotel with excellent value! Located in the city center, it's close to everything I need to go. The ”Little Smart Butler” feature is a real highlight; it's incredibly easy to control room controls, eliminating the need to fumble for switches in the dark when turning off the lights at night. Cleanliness is meticulous: dust-free tables and floors, and the bathroom is odor-free. The facilities are well-maintained, with plenty of hot water and a strong WiFi signal. I had a very comfortable one-day stay and highly recommend it to everyone!

Checked into the amazing smart hotel in Kunming! Facial recognition check-in meant zero wait time. Voice control for lights and AC in the room was incredibly responsive, and even the curtains adjusted automatically. The bathroom features a dry/wet separation design and a smart mirror, making toiletries super convenient. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and soundproofing was excellent. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and proactively explained how to use the smart devices. Every detail was meticulously handled, blending technology with comfort perfectly. This is definitely my top choice for business trips or travel to Kunming!
