I booked this hotel based on a recommendation from Ctrip, and the price during the National Day holiday was quite good value for money. The room was very comfortable and had a unique Spring City design. However, when I first checked in, I was assigned room 608, which faced a fire escape room, and I was a bit uncomfortable with that. I spoke to the front desk, and they quickly changed my room. Overall, the stay was good, especially considering the very reasonable price during the National Day holiday.
I hope the hotel can optimize or decorate the area around the fire escape room that is adjacent to and directly facing guest rooms.

My absolute favorite part was the breakfast spread! Beyond the usual Western pastries and fried eggs, you can get authentic, freshly cooked rice noodles 🍜. A true taste of Yunnan, enjoyed while watching the city morning light—it was so therapeutic.

This was the first hotel we stayed at after arriving in Yunnan. The staff were polite and enthusiastic, greeting us every time we came and went. We booked a comfortable king room, and they gave us a complimentary upgrade to a superior king room based on availability. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the basic amenities, such as slippers and toiletries, were very user-friendly. Breakfast and afternoon tea were included and tasted decent. There is a small garden downstairs where you can just chill and relax. It's a 15-minute walk to the Shuangqiao Night Market, making it very convenient to grab a bite to eat in the evening. Highly recommended! 🫡

This was my first stay at the hotel, and I was so impressed when I walked into the room! It was much, much better than I expected. The cleanliness was absolutely top-notch, five stars! Downstairs is super convenient with all sorts of food options. The front desk staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, were incredibly warm and patient – hats off to them! A special shout-out and 10 points to the security guard! We needed to leave early in the morning, so we asked him about a convenient parking spot for the next day. He was so thoughtful; he actually called our room to let us know a space was available and told us to move the car. He even escorted us to the back parking lot and helped us get the car parked properly. We didn't miss our schedule the next day because of him! All in all, a huge thank you to the hotel! I'm truly at a loss for words right now, but seriously, it was fantastic, absolutely fantastic!

This hotel is quite good – clean and hygienic, with a smart 'Xiao Du' assistant and even a washing machine. The environment is beautiful and comfortable. Right outside is a night market street, and it's very close to the subway station, making travel convenient. It's definitely worth staying at, and I recommend it to everyone. I'll book here again next time.

The room was spotless, the mattress comfortable, and the duvet soft. The air conditioning was perfectly cool. The front desk staff, especially the lady, was very kind. The cleaning auntie proactively asked if I needed room cleaning and offered bottled water and tissues. The automatic toilet was a highlight – it flushed itself, had a heated seat, and the hotel even provided disposable toilet seat covers. The soundproofing was also excellent; I stayed for seven days and didn't hear a peep from next door.

The hotel environment is excellent, and this stay far exceeded my expectations—I'm very satisfied! The hotel's location is super convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, making getting around a breeze. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the service was warm and attentive; they even proactively introduced the hotel facilities and local information.
The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, so I slept very well at night. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries were of good quality. Although it was on a high floor, the elevators were fast, and the room offered an expansive view.

The room space is open, the decoration is simple and textured, the floor-to-ceiling windows have a panoramic view of the city landscape. The most plus point is to bring your own day coffee and night wine, guests can drink freshly ground Arabica coffee, breakfast coffee package, taste online. , You can enjoy coffee time without going out. It is suitable for travel and accommodation. You can consider staying in Kunming. It has been verified. The freshly ground coffee wakes up in the morning and has a good breakfast with beef Chabata. It is great. The breakfast area is on the 35th floor. See the city by the window. Coffee is accompanied. Enjoy the slow life of Spring City ☕, I will stay here next time I come to Kunming.

Facilities: There's a gym and a laundry room. The washing machine is an LG with a self-cleaning function, so you can be assured it's clean after a high-temperature wash. My clothes smelled lovely after drying. Plus, staff even help you fold your dried clothes – such thoughtful service! ❤️
Cleanliness: My stay was great. The bathroom, sink, and bedding were all very clean, and the room was quiet. It would be even better if disposable toilet seat covers were provided; I forgot to ask the front desk if they had any. The toilet itself is a smart, temperature-controlled one.
Environment: There's seating in the lobby, and staff thoughtfully offer tea and water.
Service: All the staff were fantastic, promptly resolving any issues I had. During check-in, they asked if I smoked and specifically mentioned the hotel's no-smoking policy, which I really appreciated! Breakfast was rich and varied, with plenty of delicious options. The Hami melon was especially sweet.

Mi_HaWe had everything needed for a comfortable stay and will certainly stay at this hotel again when we return to Kunming.
The skin friendly bedding felt wonderful, plus the quietness of the room ensured a great night's sleep.
We have visited China four times in a single year—such was the fascination the country sparked in us right from our first trip; China's history, people, and culture are truly a wonder of the world. Despite our deep admiration and fascination with the country, we faced a major challenge regarding food. As retired seniors who travel frequently, avoiding fatty or sugary foods; furthermore, we cannot eat spicy dishes, as they upset our stomachs. Therefore, having a small kitchen in the room—equipped with an electric kettle and pan —was the best feature a hotel could offer, allowing us to prepare at least one meal a day that was neither fatty nor spicy. We are grateful to the owner.

This stay is very satisfactory ～ location plus points, very close to the subway and shopping malls, very convenient to go out. The front desk is kind, the overall value for money, will choose again! A place where you can't go wrong ～ The sanitation is done carefully, the bathroom is dry and wet, and the hot water comes quickly. The equipment is relatively new, the network is smooth, the service is attentive but not over-business travel is very suitable ～ The location is excellent, and you can walk to the office. The room is equipped with a large desk and enough sockets, the network speed is fast, the processing work is no problem, the bed is comfortable to relieve fatigue.

The location is a huge plus; it's just a few minutes' walk to the subway station, and there's a bus stop right outside. Plus, there are plenty of great restaurants and shopping areas nearby. The front desk staff was incredibly attentive, checking me in quickly and kindly. They even proactively recommended some local, lesser-known spots to visit, showing a great attention to detail. The room was impeccably clean, and the bedding was so soft it felt like sleeping on clouds. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom was well-designed with a separate wet and dry area, ample hot water, and a stable temperature. Even the toiletries had a faint, pleasant scent. Guest UserWe booked a family suite, but check-in went awry. First, we were told the previous guest hadn't checked out yet and that we could check in at 2:00 PM. We were kept waiting, but when we asked again after 3:00 PM, we were told we'd have to wait nearly another hour. After finally waiting long enough, we were told the so-called ”family suite” was actually two completely separate rooms, one with twin beds and one with a king-size bed. It wasn't even a suite!
How could this be a suite? It was clearly two ordinary rooms slapped together to be a ”family suite” to trick people! For us, a family with children, this arrangement was incredibly inconvenient. Having the children running back and forth between the two rooms was a hassle, and we had to constantly worry about their safety. There was absolutely no convenience or interactive space that a suite should have.
We booked for the comfort and convenience of a ”suite,” but not only did we experience a long check-in delay, but we were also severely misled by the room information. It was a truly terrible experience. A sincere reminder to anyone considering booking a family suite: be cautious and avoid this trap!
