My first time to kunming, I first thought the hotel wasn't that good, it was great. Not just that with the facilities, but the service and hospitality are excellent. The room is clean, nice atmosphere , perfect location to have all in one place (next to the outlet mall) no need to go out. All stuff, lobby, kitchen, maids are very kind. Especially, Pu Jinwen a boy who helped me online shopping and shower gel, which smell so nice. And a girl Dai Xianran who helped me write in Chinese with my works! I absolutely recommend all to stay at Fillmore whenever visiting Kunming! Will be back again, You wont be disappointed!!!!!

This trip was a last-minute decision. I booked the hotel after 1 AM and was pleasantly surprised after landing and checking in. As someone who pays close attention to hotel details, especially since Kunming is always just a layover during my trips to Yunnan, I have to say Papman is truly amazing. First, the service: I received a fresh flower basket upon check-in, and the hotel butler was incredibly attentive, responding promptly to all my requests. They even sent a freshly made cake for our wedding anniversary, which was delicious and high-quality. Second, the room amenities: The vanity had a full box of soft facial tissues, makeup remover wipes, mouthwash, and laundry detergent. There was a Dyson hairdryer, and the shower had a dry/wet separation with push-button controls. Third, the hotel's decor: Every step revealed a beautiful view, and there were multiple tea rooms available for guests to use for free. The rooftop on the third floor offered spectacular photo opportunities. Walking around the hotel at night, I was delighted to see the shadow of a deer cast by the镂空灯 (镂空灯 - 'cut-out' or 'pierced' lamps). Fourth, the food: We received complimentary afternoon tea with tasty desserts, and the late-night snack selection was extensive, including rice noodles, fried potatoes, 'bao jiang' tofu, and grilled skewers. The salted peanuts, especially the Yunnan 'xiaohua' black peanuts, were excellent; I immediately asked if I could buy a can to take home. All in all, I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Kunming!

The room was very clean and safe for children. There's a residential area behind the hotel, and it's a good distance from the road, so it's very quiet and not noisy at all. The only downside is that there are not many restaurants near the hotel, and you have to walk a long way. However, it's very close to the Dianchi Haigeng Dam and Haigeng Park.

The location is good. There is a shopping mall downstairs, which is very convenient for shopping and eating. There are many choices. The room facilities are practical and reasonable. There are above-ground and underground parking lots. Special thanks to the guy at the front desk. We couldn't find a parking space in the hotel because the underground parking lot was so big. He even ran down to the parking lot to help us.

The overall style is natural and warm, with wood and soft lighting making it easy to unwind. However, upon closer inspection, some facilities show a bit of age, though they are still maintained in a comfortable condition. 🌴 Environment and Facilities The hotel feels more like a resort-style hot spring hotel than a purely business hotel. 🌳 Spacious outdoor areas with a resort atmosphere. 🚗 Luxury cars parked at the entrance enhance the overall sense of class. 🏛️ Richly decorated public areas, perfect for photos. My stay here was absolutely fantastic and well worth it! I was on a trip and kept going back and forth on where to stay when I stumbled upon this hotel. My overall experience was great. I was a bit worried it might not be good at first, but it turned out to be surprisingly excellent. The front desk lady was incredibly gentle and welcoming; she helped us with our luggage and even proactively offered us tea while we were resting in the lobby. She also recommended local eateries and attractions. The hotel is conveniently located near Guandu Ancient Town, Yunnan Museum, and Dianchi Lake. The front desk also offers luggage storage and late check-out. The room's overall hygiene was great—very clean with complete amenities. The bedding was new, and it even had a smart toilet and a Xiaodu smart speaker. The hairdryer was a high-quality Laifen brand, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was a rich buffet. I highly recommend everyone to stay here!

The price is very high. It takes about ten minutes to take a taxi from Kunming Children's Hospital, 1903 Park, and about fifteen minutes to Haitang Dam. The street next to the hotel is full of food. Various restaurants. The hotel has also upgraded the parent-child room. The children like it very much. Although the room is on the roadside, But closing the window is not noisy.

The location of Kunming Guangfu Road Haile World Atour Hotel is OK, and it is not far from Haigeng Dam and Wanda Plaza by car. The hotel front desk service is very good, warm and patient, the room is not large, clean and tidy. The breakfast is OK, and it is no problem to eat full. The navigation hotel location is the gate. Parking needs to continue to drive forward a little bit to the underground garage of a residential area. There are parking spaces for the hotel on the second floor below ground. It is free to report the car number to the front desk when going out. There are several small restaurants eating noodles and noodles downstairs.

This hotel is spotlessly clean, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable. Seeing we had a child with us, they even provided a toothbrush and slippers for the child. Check-in was also quick, and the staff greeted us every time they saw us. The service was excellent. We also had breakfast, which was very varied. The Yunnan rice noodles were delicious, and the soy milk was freshly ground and very healthy. When we checked out the next day, they gave us bottled water to take on the road, as well as a gift of a flower cake and a small toy for the child. Very thoughtful!
