⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We originally booked a 60-square-meter hot spring king room with a terrace and breakfast. To our surprise and delight, the hotel kindly upgraded us to an even larger room free of charge. The upgraded room was incredibly spacious. Besides the bedroom, it featured a separate living room, a large balcony, an enormous bathroom, a jetted tub, and a private sauna. The moment we opened the door, we couldn't help but exclaim, ”This is huge!” The room's design heavily incorporated wood, complemented by high, distinctive ceilings, creating a strong resort vibe. Our favorite areas were the balcony and living room; they felt incredibly open and were perfect for simply relaxing, enjoying tea, or chatting. After a soak in the jetted tub in the evening, followed by a session in the sauna, all the day's fatigue just melted away. This setup far exceeded our initial expectations. The hotel's service also deserves praise. While a free upgrade isn't mandatory, it's these extra touches that make guests feel valued and cared for. The biggest takeaway from this stay is that we booked a hot spring room but unexpectedly enjoyed a suite-level experience. From the room size and facilities to overall comfort, everything was exceptionally satisfying. I would definitely choose to stay here again without hesitation.

🛌 Convenient hotel with super good value for money, parking is very convenient, although it is along the street, sleeping at night is not noisy. 🛌 There is a community around the hotel, which is quite lively. Breakfast is ordered at the front desk after check-in, and then delivered to the room the next morning. The taste is OK and the choice is rich. 🛌 The room is clean, the facilities are complete, the bedding is comfortable, and the overall is quite good.

The room was very clean and safe for children. There's a residential area behind the hotel, and it's a good distance from the road, so it's very quiet and not noisy at all. The only downside is that there are not many restaurants near the hotel, and you have to walk a long way. However, it's very close to the Dianchi Haigeng Dam and Haigeng Park.

Location: the hotel is located in Guandu area, about 15km from the centre of Kunming (Wuhoa), located in a building in the mixed commercial area Wang Fujing Outlets Dianchi, near Dianchi convention and exhibition centre. About 30km from the airport, if you book a taxi from the airport, you can book the location of Kunming Zhongying Lighthouse Cinema next to the hotel building, that location is easier to find on car booking apps. If you need a hotel in a convenient location, it is better to be in the central area of Kunming, which is Wuhoa. About rooms and services: The hotel is clean, the room is not too spacious but fully equipped, the staff is very friendly and enthusiastic.

The location is good. There is a shopping mall downstairs, which is very convenient for shopping and eating. There are many choices. The room facilities are practical and reasonable. There are above-ground and underground parking lots. Special thanks to the guy at the front desk. We couldn't find a parking space in the hotel because the underground parking lot was so big. He even ran down to the parking lot to help us.

The experience at Pamana Hotel Dianchi Convention and Exhibition Center was superb! The overall style is elegant, like an oriental courtyard, with a tranquil and serene environment. The rooms are clean and tidy, equipped with smart facilities, and the bedding is comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The rooftop terrace offers excellent views of Dianchi Lake. The staff provided warm and thoughtful service, and transportation is also very convenient. My stay was perfect, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time. The room itself is spacious, bright, clean, and free of any strange odors. The bedding is soft and comfortable, allowing for a truly restful night's sleep. The bathroom facilities are also excellent, with plenty of hot water for a fantastic shower experience.

An extremely satisfying stay! The room was very clean and spacious, and the projector made watching ”Empresses in the Palace” very comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely delicious; I ate until I was stuffed! The noodles were chewy and springy, the soup was flavorful, and the stir-fried pork with onions was fragrant, just like home cooking. After breakfast, a bowl of tofu pudding and soy milk was perfect – so satisfying! The receptionists were all very kind; they even helped me extend my check-out time because I had something to do. This hotel is moderately away from Haihong Wetland Park (feeding seagulls is fun) and Guandu Ancient Town. You can drive there with a shared electric car, and if you arrive or leave at Kunming Station, it will be more convenient. The hotel staff was very friendly and clean. I saw the bad review saying that the health was not a bit of a reservation, but the convenience of the location made me decide to ignore this problem. I didn't expect to see the cleaning when I went to live. I was very dedicated; And this is a rare duplex apartment hotel. I have always wanted to change to a duplex apartment, but I don’t know how to live. I experienced it here. It’s a cult. Finally, this hotel is really close to the main road and people who are sensitive to the sound of traffic are not suitable for living in an outside room.
