Hotels in Dian Chi Exhibition Center, Kunming

We chose a two-bedroom suite with our family here. The hotel facilities are quite old overall, and we stayed for three or four days. It's an older hotel, and while you can still see its past glory and the essence of its design, the overall color scheme and facilities now feel dated. However, the front desk and butler service were excellent, almost always accommodating our requests. Overall, we were satisfied. The downstairs pool, kids' play area, and even the evening entertainment were all pretty good. The outdoor hot spring was our favorite part, but unfortunately, it rained, so we only got to go once.

🛌 Convenient hotel with super good value for money, parking is very convenient, although it is along the street, sleeping at night is not noisy. 🛌 There is a community around the hotel, which is quite lively. Breakfast is ordered at the front desk after check-in, and then delivered to the room the next morning. The taste is OK and the choice is rich. 🛌 The room is clean, the facilities are complete, the bedding is comfortable, and the overall is quite good.

The room was very clean and safe for children. There's a residential area behind the hotel, and it's a good distance from the road, so it's very quiet and not noisy at all. The only downside is that there are not many restaurants near the hotel, and you have to walk a long way. However, it's very close to the Dianchi Haigeng Dam and Haigeng Park.

Location: the hotel is located in Guandu area, about 15km from the centre of Kunming (Wuhoa), located in a building in the mixed commercial area Wang Fujing Outlets Dianchi, near Dianchi convention and exhibition centre. About 30km from the airport, if you book a taxi from the airport, you can book the location of Kunming Zhongying Lighthouse Cinema next to the hotel building, that location is easier to find on car booking apps. If you need a hotel in a convenient location, it is better to be in the central area of Kunming, which is Wuhoa. About rooms and services: The hotel is clean, the room is not too spacious but fully equipped, the staff is very friendly and enthusiastic.

The location is good. There is a shopping mall downstairs, which is very convenient for shopping and eating. There are many choices. The room facilities are practical and reasonable. There are above-ground and underground parking lots. Special thanks to the guy at the front desk. We couldn't find a parking space in the hotel because the underground parking lot was so big. He even ran down to the parking lot to help us.

Location is a big plus here — right next to the convention center, a shopping mall with tons of dining and shopping options, and DiDaDi outdoor theme park is literally just outside the hotel. The kids loved it and kept themselves busy the whole time. Rooms were great and the outdoor bathtub was a nice bonus. We had a minor hiccup with the AC going out overnight, but the manager was super responsive and got us moved to a new room without any hassle since the technician wasn’t around over the weekend. Really appreciated that. Free breakfast and supper are both included, and honestly both were really good — plenty of variety and everything tasted great. Oh, and don’t sleep on the hotel’s rooftop photo shoot. The views up there are stunning and it’s a proper must-do during your stay. All in all, a really enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!

This Atour hotel exceeded my expectations! The lobby's book bar had a fantastic vibe, and the hot tea offered during check-in was a really thoughtful touch. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure and flow. The local specialty noodles for breakfast were delicious, and a bowl of congee late at night was truly comforting. They even gave me a bottle of water when I checked out. It's the little details that show how much they care. I'll definitely stay here again!

My stay here was absolutely fantastic and well worth it! I was on a trip and kept going back and forth on where to stay when I stumbled upon this hotel. My overall experience was great. I was a bit worried it might not be good at first, but it turned out to be surprisingly excellent. The front desk lady was incredibly gentle and welcoming; she helped us with our luggage and even proactively offered us tea while we were resting in the lobby. She also recommended local eateries and attractions. The hotel is conveniently located near Guandu Ancient Town, Yunnan Museum, and Dianchi Lake. The front desk also offers luggage storage and late check-out. The room's overall hygiene was great—very clean with complete amenities. The bedding was new, and it even had a smart toilet and a Xiaodu smart speaker. The hairdryer was a high-quality Laifen brand, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was a rich buffet. I highly recommend everyone to stay here!

This hotel is moderately away from Haihong Wetland Park (feeding seagulls is fun) and Guandu Ancient Town. You can drive there with a shared electric car, and if you arrive or leave at Kunming Station, it will be more convenient. The hotel staff was very friendly and clean. I saw the bad review saying that the health was not a bit of a reservation, but the convenience of the location made me decide to ignore this problem. I didn't expect to see the cleaning when I went to live. I was very dedicated; And this is a rare duplex apartment hotel. I have always wanted to change to a duplex apartment, but I don’t know how to live. I experienced it here. It’s a cult. Finally, this hotel is really close to the main road and people who are sensitive to the sound of traffic are not suitable for living in an outside room.

The location is also fantastic, very close to the subway station, making it convenient for outings. The surrounding commercial area has everything you could want, with plenty of options for dining and shopping.
