Hotels in New Asia Athletics Park, Kunming

Great location! There are plenty of food options right downstairs, and transportation is very convenient. The room was spotless, the bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were complete with excellent natural light. The staff were responsive and communication was smooth whenever we had questions. Overall, the experience exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit.

It was my first time in Yunnan. Because I wanted to be close to the Provincial Museum, I booked a family room at this hotel. I was amazed when I opened the door. The room was large, the environment was good, and the sleep was quite comfortable. I recommend it.

Staying on the 21st floor, I had a great view of Dianchi Lake from my window. The hotel is also not far from the subway station, and there are tons of fantastic restaurants nearby, which was really convenient. The Provincial Museum and Guandu Ancient Town are within walking distance. For Dounan Flower Market and Baofeng Wetland Park, it's just a couple of bus stops away. The hotel management seems very professional. The industrial-style design gives the room high ceilings, so the air conditioning takes a little longer to kick in. There are so, so, so many cabinets in the room – almost too many! The duvet wasn't very breathable, so I was too hot to sleep in the first half of the night, but then I'd often wake up cold in the latter half.

My stay this time truly exceeded expectations! The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around and dining. Upon checking in at the front desk, the staff were warm, polite, and efficient. The first thing I noticed walking into the room was how clean and tidy it was, with no strange odors. The bed was soft and comfortable; I relaxed almost instantly after lying down. The bathroom was spotless, with plenty of hot water and stable water pressure. The room had good natural light and ventilation, and all the facilities were complete, including an air conditioner with great cooling. The hotel's overall environment was quiet, so my sleep wasn't disturbed by noise at night, resulting in excellent sleep quality. The cleaning staff were diligent and thorough, and the public areas were also immaculately maintained. It offers great value for money, with affordable prices, making it suitable for both short trips and business travel. Overall, my stay was comfortable and reassuring. The service was attentive and thoughtful, and you could feel the hotel's dedication in every detail. Next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely prioritize this hotel again, and I highly recommend it to friends – it's well worth staying! Plus, there's a laundry room and a gym.

The hotel is good, the parking lot is on the negative floor, there is no direct elevator, you have to carry the box up, and the stairs are difficult to walk. There is a snack restaurant on the street outside, and it is very convenient to buy food and drink. The room is very good, very big, the family lives together, you can pull the curtain in the middle at night, do not disturb each other. There is a laundry room, you can wash clothes.

Really dug the treasure! The room booked directly poked my heart. When I opened the door, I was amazed by the green plants full of windows. The sun spilled through the blades and cast mottled light and shadow on the floor. Even the air was full of grass and trees, which instantly healed the fatigue of the journey. My favorite is the projector in the room, the screen size is oversized, the picture quality is clear to comparable to a small theater. At night, I closed the curtains and nested on a soft bed. It felt very good. The details of the room were super intimate. The bedding was clean and soft. The toiletries were all branded. The bathroom was dry and wet. The price is really high. Next time I come to this city, I will definitely choose this one! Already recommended to friends around, the treasures closed their eyes and rushed right!

The front desk staff were all very friendly and even proactively offered me tea. The hotel's location is excellent and easy to find, and parking is very convenient. The room type was comfortable, and the soundproofing was quite good. It's a hotel worth recommending.

I came to Kunming to meet a friend. This store is right next to my friend's house, and it's very close to the airport. It's about 100 meters away from Metro Line 4, which is only two stops away from Dounan Flower Market. It's very convenient to transfer to these lines, and The most convenient thing is that there is a night market in the back. After dinner, I went to have a late-night snack with my friends. Moreover, the room type I booked was a standard double bed room. The lady at the front desk was very considerate and helped me upgrade my room type. If there is another room in the future, If I have the opportunity to come to Kunming, I will stay at their home again.

Convenient, good environment, the boss is attentive and thoughtful!

First of all, the environment is very good. Secondly, the roadside stall supermarket subway downstairs is really convenient. Then the customer service is very friendly and the service attitude is very good. The quilt in the hotel has creases indicating that it is a new one. It is really five stars and five stars. Five stars! ! !
