The disposable toiletries in the room are of excellent quality, and the bathroom ventilation system works well, so there's no damp smell. The front desk even proactively offered local dining recommendations, which really added to the overall service experience.

The hotel's location is super convenient, really close to Cuihu Lake and the Military Academy – just a short taxi ride away. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants right downstairs, which is great for meals. I asked for a quiet room at check-in and they put me above the car park, so it was nice and quiet at night. I also thought the breakfast was excellent, with local Yunnan specialties like rice noodles and flower cakes.

The staff were friendly, and the facilities had been renovated and were clean. The rooms aren’t soundproof, and occasionally you can smell cigarette smoke coming from somewhere. I requested a non-smoking room, but there was an ashtray in the room. Meals are prepared so you can have a light bite.

The environment is absolutely fantastic—very clean and comfortable. The service is exceptional! They even have a gym. I forgot some clothes in the laundry room, and the staff kindly dried and folded them for me. I also mentioned to the front desk lady the day before that I wouldn't have time for breakfast in the morning, and she had it packed up for me to take on the go. The service is incredibly thoughtful!

This was my first stay at this hotel, and I found it to be very luxurious. The room was large and spacious, making for a very comfortable stay. It's conveniently located near shopping, yet still quiet. The smart Xiao Du speaker for room control was a nice touch, and the shower pressure was excellent. They offer self-service laundry with both washers and dryers, though there are only three of each for all guests, which might not be enough during peak times. Overall, I had a comfortable stay, slept well, and found it to be great value for money.

There are many delicious and affordable food options nearby. The walk from Baiyun Station on Metro Line 2 to the hotel is a bit far, but walking through the underground mall was cool and kept me out of the sun.

Furthermore, the hotel was well-soundproofed, providing a quiet environment where you wouldn't be disturbed by the outside world. Overall, it offered excellent value for money.
