This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The location is easy to find, and parking is convenient. The room was larger than expected, and the minimalist decor was perfect for photos. Most importantly, the cleanliness was impeccable; as someone who's particular about hygiene, I was extremely satisfied and have to give it a great review! Usually, I'm quite picky about hotel cleanliness, but this time I couldn't find a single flaw. You could tell the sheets and duvet covers were freshly changed, and there were no water stains or hair in the bathroom corners. The room had excellent soundproofing, and the blackout curtains were superb, allowing me to sleep until I woke up naturally. You can really feel the owner's dedication. Check-in at the front desk was super fast, full marks for efficiency. It's excellent value for money, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The room was clean and tidy, with no strange odors. It was well-equipped, the bedding was comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was stable. Excellent value for money! The front desk service was warm and efficient, making for a super satisfying check-in experience. Definitely recommended. The hotel's location is excellent, and the room was spacious with a good layout. It was spotlessly clean, and the large bed made for a great night's sleep. I'll definitely be back.

5 stars! wonderful stay at Hampton by Hilton Kunming. So good that we are already planning to return in a couple of weeks after our Yunnan road trip. Overall, the service team was excellent—professional, warm, and consistently helpful. Everyone we interacted with was great; the few names mentioned below simply reflect the staff we had the most contact with. A special thank you to Eric, who went above and beyond to assist us with receiving and organizing our items throughout our stay. He was attentive, professional, reliable, and a real pleasure to deal with. He took great care in helping us manage multiple deliveries, ensuring everything was properly received, safely stored, and ready for us whenever we needed it—even coordinating around our absence. His kindness, willingness to help, and attention to detail truly stood out. Manager Isabella was also outstanding—proactive, efficient, and incredibly gentle. She coordinated our orders seamlessly and even arranged for staff to collect our parcels from the storage area, which made everything effortless for us. There was also another lovely receptionist (I believe her name may be Audrey—apologies if that’s incorrect) who was friendly and professional throughout. The housekeeping team deserves special mention as well. One of the housekeepers we saw daily was truly delightful—always smiling, kind, and very helpful. She added a warm, personal touch to our stay. Communication was smooth and easy, which made everything very convenient. Breakfast was of high quality, nutritious, and offered a good variety. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. Well it’s the Hampton! The Kashgar property was our first experience with the Hampton chain and is equally deserving of high praise) The photos we’ll be uploading do speak for themselves. So overall, a very enjoyable stay with excellent value. Highly recommended, and we look forward to returning soon.

The location is convenient if you're driving or taking a taxi. The facilities are excellent; the high ceilings are a joy. The room layout is well-designed and compact, and the marble slab by the window is perfect for kids to do their homework. The hotel breakfast is incredibly rich; we stayed for three nights and found different delightful surprises each day. The local Yunnan snacks and other Chinese dishes were delicious, and the afternoon tea had tasty pastries. The thick room doors made for a great sleeping experience, very quiet and peaceful. The bedding was comfortable. If it weren't for our travel plans, we would have loved to stay a couple more days.

This is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in in Yunnan. The room is large and well-soundproofed. The overall environment is very good. After visiting the scenic spots, you can have tea and chat with friends. The room is also equipped with books. It is really suitable for me who likes to read! The room also has smart voice, which can control curtains, lights, TV, etc. The service attitude of the landlady is very good, thumbs up to her. It felt like home when I lived there. I bought flowers directly from Dounan and went to sleep smelling the flowers. It was so comfortable! There are also a lot of food downstairs, which tastes like grandma's. Yikou Zhaizi is very delicious, and it is very convenient to find food! Highly recommended!

My stay at Four Points by Sheraton Kunming Chenggong was absolutely fantastic! The room layout and design were perfectly to my taste – spacious, comfortable, and with great attention to detail. It was incredibly relaxing to stay there, and the value for money was outstanding; it definitely stands out among hotels in the same price range. By accident, I took the hotel's hairdryer when checking out. As soon as I realized, I immediately sent it back. I thought it was a small matter, but to my surprise, the hotel not only didn't make an issue of it but was incredibly thoughtful. They even prepared a special gift for me: Yunnan specialty tea and a cute plush toy. This level of understanding and care truly touched my heart. From the room experience to the excellent price and this unexpected, kind gesture, everything made me feel so positive about this hotel. The service details are impeccable. This is truly a hidden gem, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Kunming!

The staff are polite and attentive, and the overall cleanliness is very high, with both the rooms and common areas kept spotless. I felt very much at ease during my stay.

Leo, the concierge at the front desk, was incredibly warm and attentive. He proactively reached out via WeChat beforehand and arranged a fantastic room for me, with a view of the jacaranda trees right outside the window. When I checked in, he was so thoughtful and helped with my luggage. The breakfast spread was very generous, offering both Chinese and Western simple meals, plus my favorite rice noodles and regular noodles. I was really happy with my stay this time! The hotel's merchandise dolls are also very cute and unique.
