I didn't realize when I booked, but I reserved a windowless room. The front desk lady kindly pointed it out during check-in, which was very thoughtful. The room was very clean and hygienic, and the bed was super comfortable. The hotel also provides free disposable bath towels and regular towels, and the quality was surprisingly good. Many hotels at this price point don't offer that, so it's excellent value for money. It's right next to Luosiwan, making it very convenient for shopping there. Thumbs up! 👍🏻

Our family booked a smart king-size bed room. We thought there would only be one king-size bed, but we didn't expect that the sofa could be pulled out to form a bed. It was so convenient. The hotel looks very luxurious. Entering the lobby gives me a low-key and elegant feeling. When I enter the lobby, the service staff greets me very warmly and cordially. The guest rooms have a very good atmosphere, the mattresses are very comfortable, and the facilities are very complete. The staff are very professional and skilled in responding to various inquiries. They handle problems very well and can provide services to guests in a timely manner. The hotel's catering is also very good, which adds a lot of color to my trip.

This hotel is located in a building which has to share elevators with others floors. It makes me feel not safe. Not much things around this hotel to eat or see, you have to take 30 minutes subway to downtown or attractions. Taking about the room, it’s big and new with voice commands. However, the voice commands control the air conditioner which makes me crazy. You have to say the correct words to control it. After I checked in, I have tried many times to operate the air conditioner but it did not work for me. I called the front desk, they send people to control but still didn’t work. After many times trying, he figured out the correct words to say. OMG… if you don’t speak mandarin, don’t stay here. Another big problem is cleaning, see the pictures that I posted, they never clean the floor. I never heard sound of vacuum, the floor still dirty as the first day I checked in. The breakfast is simple but cold, even in the heater. Don’t know why. Overall, it is okay if you don’t mind the problems that I mentioned.

I recently traveled to Kunming for work and chose the Hanting Kunming Xinluosiwan South Bus Station Hotel, and the experience was superb! Location-wise, it's situated in the heart of Asia's largest small commodity market, right next to the Xinluosiwan Commercial City, making shopping incredibly convenient. The South Bus Station is also nearby, a 15-minute walk away, and Metro Line 4 is a 3-minute walk away, making it super quick to get to the Dianchi International Convention and Exhibition Center or Kunming South Railway Station. Whether it's getting around or finding good food, everything is easily managed. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, quickly processing my check-in and promptly addressing any needs. Even the cleaning lady at the elevator greeted me with a smile and enthusiastically recommended nearby restaurants. The zero-pressure mattress in the room was incredibly comfortable; after a long day of travel, I could finally get a good night's sleep. The temperature-controlled shower made showering a pleasant experience. The hotel also has a self-service breakfast restaurant, a laundry room, and a lobby book bar. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, the laundry room solved my laundry needs, and the book bar allowed me to enjoy quiet reading time in my spare time. Next time I come to Kunming, I'll definitely choose this place again!
