The room was spotless and tidy. The front desk staff and servers were all very nice, and the breakfast had a good variety of unique options. What really stood out was that my husband and I accidentally booked the wrong room type due to our own oversight. After understanding the situation, the front desk staff upgraded our room for free and even offered us some special floral tea while we waited. The service was simply phenomenal! **Amenities:** Everything you could possibly need, except for the smart speaker which was a bit unresponsive. **Cleanliness:** Clean, tidy, and no strange odors. **Environment:** Quiet and elegant. **Service:** Absolutely superb!

I really want to give a big thumbs up to this inn. This inn is decorated with red logs, which is very beautiful. The sanitation of the room is very clean. There are also several small towns around here that are very interesting. Friends who come here to play must try it.

This hotel is beyond imagination. Every check-in experience is excellent. From the warm welcome to the meticulous room service, every moment makes people feel at home. I stay here all over the country. When I go to play near Kunming Children's Hospital, or when I take my children to see a doctor, they are my first choice. The two beauties yesterday were particularly nice and even gave me small gifts. I have been here several times a year. It feels like home, as good as ever.

Recommended! Facilities: There are public free washing machines and dryers, large capacity is also very new, there are irons and drying racks, 100 points! The room is large and the bathroom is relatively small, but it is acceptable. Hygiene: super clean! The entire hotel, including the front store, corridors, rooms, bedding, and public spaces are bright and clean, really awesome! Environment: At the time of check-in, there was a construction site next to it, and there was no big impact after closing the window. The location is acceptable, and it takes about 20 minutes to take a taxi to Haitang Park and Cuihu Park. Service: Super friendly, proactive and polite! When we left, we mentioned the problem of low hot water pressure and toilet flush sensor. Not only did we not escape the problem, we also actively acknowledged the problem and told us that we would arrange for the master to repair it. Before leaving, we also sent us a portable  small water cup, really hard.

This was by far the best hotel during our 20-day Yunnan trip with my parents. First, it's a new hotel, so both the facilities and services are top-notch. Second, I honestly think Hampton's breakfast is better than some 5-star Hiltons. We stayed two nights, and on the first day, they had whole chicken soup, and on the second, black pepper beef ribs. The breakfast selection also changes, so it's never repetitive. Plus, the restaurant staff and chefs were all proactive and friendly, always greeting us or offering help. If I ever go to Kunming again, I'll definitely stay here!

Other hotels practically beg you to write a good review, but this is the first time I've ever voluntarily written one for this hotel—it deserves a positive review! Every staff member was very nice, especially a young lady at the front desk named Noya. Seeing we had a lot of luggage, she immediately came to help us with it. Although it's not a five-star hotel, it's better than five-star. Every detail in the room was thoughtfully chosen; both the facilities and the service were impeccable. The complimentary breakfast was surprisingly delicious, which I didn't expect, and the staff even proactively helped pack up leftovers—a very thoughtful touch, preventing food waste. Kunming is a beautiful city, and the people here are even more wonderful. I'll definitely stay here again next time. I highly recommend the Hilton Kunming Xishan Huiting Hotel to friends and family.

Highly recommend City Comfort Inn! The reception is on the 39th floor, offering panoramic views of Kunming's cityscape at night. The entire room features 4.0 version smart voice control, and the rooms were impeccably clean with no unpleasant odors. The service was warm and attentive. The hotel has a convenient location with free parking, and is close to shopping areas and the subway station, making it easy to find places to eat, drink, and have fun. It's great value for money, and I'll definitely choose City Comfort Inn again next time!
