This was by far the best hotel/guesthouse experience we had during our trip to Yunnan. The room came with a Xiao AI smart speaker, the bathroom was clean, and the water pressure was excellent. They also offer airport pick-up and drop-off, which is perfect for guests catching early flights the next day. On the day we checked in, they even gave us complimentary flower cakes. Employee number 666 provided amazing service!

I absolutely loved this hotel!!! First, I thought the airport transfer driver would be late or I'd have to wait a long time, but as soon as I walked out of the airport, the driver was already there. The car was big and very spacious. As soon as I entered the courtyard, I knew this place was a winner! You could tell how much thought went into the decor as soon as you stepped inside! There's a pond full of koi fish and lots of plants and flowers, which I adore. We were two girls traveling with two large suitcases, and the driver, who was a handsome young man, even helped us carry them to our room door. I booked a room with a small balcony, and it even had a hammock! Although there weren't any mood lights, it didn't affect the overall experience. The room was also very large and fully smart-enabled. Who understands how much I loved this place – I started taking hundreds of videos to show off how I only spent 200 yuan for such an amazing hotel the moment I entered the courtyard!!! I originally only planned to stay one day and then go to Dali, but as soon as I entered, I decisively extended my stay! I'll definitely come back to stay here after I finish my trip! This is my third time staying at this hotel. It's incredibly close to the airport, with a shuttle service that gets you there in just 3 minutes. The rooms are spacious and very clean, well-equipped, and the service is excellent. It's truly the best choice for a layover. Plus, the price now is much cheaper than it was 10 years ago, offering fantastic value for money.

This hotel is truly excellent! The stay far exceeded the price. The room was incredibly spacious yet very warm. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and even offered us a complimentary souvenir. The rice noodles at the restaurant were super delicious, and they even offered airport drop-off for early morning flights, which was amazing! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kunming!!!

I landed on an early morning flight, and the front desk lady was very helpful in arranging a driver to pick me up. The driver was also great, reminding me when to get off. The front desk staff maintained a wonderful attitude throughout, even giving me a complimentary room upgrade. If you have a flight the next day, they'll remind you what time to wait in the lobby for your ride. The room was clean, tidy, and very quiet. There's a snack street right downstairs from the hotel, so no worries about food. Plus, the hotel is just a 10-minute drive from Dabanqiao subway station, making it super convenient to get anywhere. All in all, it was a fantastic experience! Highly recommend it! 😍😍

From check-in to check-out, the entire experience was fantastic! The location is super convenient, really close to the airport, and there's a night market just a 5-minute walk away. The room was spotless, and the bedding was so soft I never wanted to get out of bed. The soundproofing was absolutely amazing too. The front desk lady was incredibly warm and even thoughtfully recommended local food. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm around!

I think this is my first time staying at Atour, and the experience was fantastic. All the front desk staff were incredibly warm and responsible, always quick to respond to requests and resolve any issues. The bedding was also super comfortable. I've been traveling for several days, even staying at some really expensive resorts, but I haven't slept as well as I did at Atour. They offer a late-night snack, and the breakfast selection is very rich, with the local rice noodles (er si) being incredibly fragrant. My elders were also very satisfied. I just said that I'll definitely stay at Atour again next time.

If you're going to Kunming and need a place near the airport, I highly recommend this hotel. The service attitude is excellent; they offer free airport drop-off, and even arranged a car for us to the subway station. Although it's a bit out of the way, the comprehensive service makes that a non-issue. The hotel tries its best to accommodate any requests. We booked a twin room, but seeing that there were more of us, they kindly upgraded us to a deluxe double for free. When we checked out early, they even thoughtfully prepared milk and bread as a gift. Thumbs up! I'll definitely stay here again next time. 👍

The huge floor-to-ceiling window offered a good view of the mountains, and it was very quiet, ensuring a great night's sleep. [Thumb up] The attention to detail was impressive! With the 'Xiao Du' smart assistant, I could call the front desk, adjust the AC, and control the lights with a single command. There were also various safety tips in the room, and the WiFi password actually made me smile. 🚻 The bathroom was large and even had an emergency call button – very thoughtful. 🖐🏻️ They even provided body lotion, and it was a good brand (Chando). The best part is how affordable it was! For 168 yuan, it included breakfast, a king-size bed, and airport transfer services. Incredible value for money! 👍🏻

I like this hotel because they provides airport transfers. During our stay there, the rooms was clean and nice. In the toilet there is no bidet tap which I found it a bit inconvenient. However, the morning breakfast was superbly delicious. I prefer the fried rice and the mixed vegetables. It was a spacious dining hall and on that morning I notice so many guests having their breakfast with friends and family.
