I had a great stay. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful. They assisted me in ordering a travel adapter I'd forgotten and also helped book a taxi. I would certainly recommend it. The breakfast offered basic Chinese cuisine.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! You can catch both the sunrise and sunset from two different sides of the room, and the room itself is incredibly spacious! I also loved the decor. There's a large shopping mall nearby, just a ten-minute walk away, and there are breakfast spots right downstairs, which is super convenient. The service was also incredibly thoughtful; the front desk lady was very kind and didn't seem bothered at all when she showed us the room – thumbs up! This trip to Yunnan has shown me how wonderful and genuine the people here are! A truly excellent experience!

This is my second stay at this hotel. The environment is good and it's very clean. The front desk staff are consistently smiling, warm, and attentive. The driver is patient and enthusiastic with pickups and drop-offs. The housekeeping staff work hard to keep the rooms spotless, and the restaurant staff are very pleasant. All the hotel staff are incredibly dedicated, responsible, and treat guests with courtesy, demonstrating excellent professionalism. [Strong] [Strong]

The hotel is very close to the high-speed train station, which is super convenient. You can also arrange for hotel pick-up and drop-off. Upon checking in, there's complimentary Italian coffee in the lobby, which tastes great, along with black tea and other options. The breakfast is also plentiful, with a wide variety of fruits to choose from.

The hotel is in a great location, with a snack street downstairs. It's on a high floor and not noisy and quiet! I will come again next time.

This hotel is right next to Shilin Night Market, so it's super lively in the evenings and incredibly convenient for food. The rooms are clean and tidy, and it even has a gym and laundry facilities. The heated toilet seats are a nice touch! Although the parking lot is small and spaces are limited, the hotel manages it very well, ensuring that all guests staying at the hotel have a spot to park. It's a vibrant and energetic area...

The guesthouse is located within a residential complex, offering a wonderfully quiet and pleasant environment, which was exactly what I was looking for. The owner was incredibly warm and hospitable, making us feel truly welcome. The only minor drawback is that the soundproofing between rooms isn't the best. However, as long as your neighbors aren't too loud, you'll still enjoy a comfortable and peaceful stay. All things considered, it was a very good experience. Among all the places I've stayed in Kunming, this guesthouse is definitely my favorite!

The luckiest choice I made on this trip to Kunming was staying at the Hyatt Place next to Kunming South Railway Station. The quality of a new hotel really lives up to its reputation! The location is superb, incredibly close to the high-speed rail station, and with the hotel's thoughtful pick-up and drop-off service, there's absolutely no need to worry about transportation. You can seamlessly check in right after getting off the high-speed train, and all travel fatigue instantly disappears. The breakfast was full of pleasant surprises, especially the freshly prepared rice noodles. The broth was delicious and flavorful, and the toppings were abundant – a single bite warmed both my heart and stomach. It's definitely the hidden gem of their breakfast! I also have to commend the hotel's service. During check-in, Xiao Kui was exceptionally warm and attentive throughout, and even proactively helped us upgrade our room type. The room was spacious, tidy, and the facilities were brand new, making our stay incredibly comfortable. At check-out, the sweet-smiling Xiao An was equally considerate; she not only efficiently helped us call a taxi but also readily agreed to our request for a late check-out. The attention to detail truly touched us. From the location and facilities to the dining and service, everything exceeded our expectations. This trip became even more enjoyable because of this hotel! I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Kunming, and I highly recommend it to friends who need to catch a high-speed train or are traveling to Kunming.

This hotel is truly great value for money. I stayed here for two nights during my 8-day trip to Yunnan. It was clean and tidy, the towels were pristine white, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable – I don't like them too soft, and these were just right, not too soft and not too firm. Plus, the shower had excellent water pressure, which felt amazing. The breakfast area also offers a beautiful lake view. Overall, I was completely satisfied with everything. It's even better than a standard four-star hotel. I also stayed two nights at a Hilton Garden Inn in Dali, and it wasn't nearly as good as this place. 🥺

The bed, sheets, and pillows here are extremely comfortable. Every room seems to have a desk, which is great for getting work done. Even the lowest price room has great amenities like a large shower and automatic window curtains. But, it's definitely worth the few dollars more to book the larger room. The bathroom is a bit nicer, there's a couch, and the layout is a little better. Every room here though is very nice, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
