The hotel environment is clean and comfortable, the room is quiet and tidy, and the facilities are complete. The service attitude is excellent, and the check-in process was smooth. It offers great value for money, and overall, the experience was satisfying. I would choose this hotel again. During my stay, the shower drain was unusually clogged. I hope they can implement regular inspections and maintenance to reduce such incidents in the future. Despite that, the hygiene was relatively clean, not as bad as some of the negative reviews suggest. They could also let the little lamb out for walks more often; it rubs against its cage whenever someone approaches.
