Excellent
MM371987****I was drawn to the Morpheus hotel's exterior on my last visit to Macau, so this time I specifically booked two nights. The room design is very modern, and all the facilities look brand new, almost unique in Macau. The front desk service was very warm and welcoming. Whether calling the hotel through the Ctrip app on my phone or contacting room service from the room, the service was professional and attentive. Communication was seamless in either English or Mandarin, and all the staff were very patient. There's luggage storage service available both before check-in and after check-out. If early check-in is possible, the front desk will call to notify you. You can walk to the City of Dreams' free shuttle bus to get to the ferry terminal, airport, and other places. Staff members guide you, and the queues aren't too long, making it very convenient for catching flights. The hotel lobby is next to the COD casino, with shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel gym isn't 24-hour; it opens at 10 AM, requires registration with a staff member, and is relatively small. My room faced Macau University of Science and Technology and the airport, so there wasn't much of a view. Turndown service in the evening included hand cream/essential oil. The fruit platter and mini-bar items were fully replenished each day. The toiletries were a full set from Acqua di Parma, and there was also a Zaha Hadid book in the room. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

GGongshangjiaohuiyuOur trip to Macau was absolutely wonderful this time, and my family and I were very pleased with our choice of the W Hotel. We arrived just after 1 PM, and while there was a queue for check-in, the concierge was very attentive in helping with our luggage, so the wait wasn't long at all. The front desk lady quickly arranged a room for us. The room itself was very comfortable, with a lovely view of the tower. Housekeeping was excellent and always responsive to our needs. My child had some specific requests regarding the internet, and a staff member promptly came to assist. They also asked if we wanted turndown service. The dinner buffet at 'Tastes' restaurant was fantastic. What really stood out was when my child, who loves lobster, asked if they could make it with butter, and the chef actually prepared it especially for us! A lovely young lady brought it over and even asked for our feedback on the taste. Of course, the chef's skills were superb, and all the other desserts and dishes were delicious, and the ambiance was great too. Furthermore, the hotel's location is excellent. Just a right turn from the lobby guest elevator, you'll find a coffee shop and a Don Quijote supermarket. Across the street is The Parisian, and a short walk further brings you to The Londoner. This whole area is vibrant at night, making it very convenient for post-dinner strolls and shopping. At check-out, the concierge was equally thoughtful, helping us call a taxi and load our luggage. Macau isn't a large area; a taxi from the hotel to Gongbei was just over 100 MOP, and it would be much closer to Hengqin Port. Overall, the hotel's facilities and service during our stay were impeccable, highly recommended!

MM416121****The hotel lobby also has Line Friends photo ops, which is a nice touch. The front desk offers daily Wynn Palace skip-the-line tickets, which are very useful! If you book an L'Occitane themed room, you'll get L'Occitane samples. For public transport 🚌, the MT4 bus stop right outside the hotel covers most tourist routes, making it convenient to get to the Old Town, Ruins of St. Paul's, and The Venetian, The Londoner, and The Parisian. If you want a taxi, there's a taxi stand right outside the hotel. There's a shuttle bus 🚗 to Wynn Palace that runs every 10 minutes or so, taking about 10 minutes. It's quite convenient. Connected to the hotel 🏨 is a small entertainment complex with a milk tea shop, Japanese set meals, and Sang Kee Cafe (which partners with the hotel for a buffet breakfast). P6 shows the à la carte beef noodles, and there's a generous amount of beef – it would easily cost 80 RMB in Shanghai 😂. For breakfast, there are three restaurants: Sang Kee Cafe, and then Anqi'er Cafe (P4&5), which has delicious oatmeal and yogurt.

__WeChat353221****The room was quite spacious, and the environment was pleasant. The transportation was also quite convenient. The hotel offers a shuttle bus, and there's a bus stop and a light rail station just a few hundred meters away. We had a great time! Special shout-out to Bill for his excellent and thoughtful service ❤️

AAnonymous UserThe free shuttle from Macau International Airport is very convenient to get to the hotel, and then to Taipa Ferry station on the way back when we had to leave. The room itself was spotless, zero complaints. When it comes to the breakfast, we have to choose between Angela's, Stanley's, and Signature Noodles. We didn't have the time to test out Angela's, but I would highly advise going for Stanley's and not Signature Noodles for breakfast, the latter I found a bit lackluster. Other than that, overall great value for money.

__WeChat292125****Thanks to Trip.com and the励庭海景酒店 (Harbourview Hotel), my family and I had a perfect New Year's Day trip to Macau. I booked quite late, and many hotels in Taipa were full. We ended up staying on the Peninsula and chose this hotel, which was on the popular list. When I read the negative reviews, I was worried about dampness, mold, no in-room water, and noise from the casino. However, trusting Trip.com's reputation and my own judgment, I booked the room. It turns out I made the right choice! The room had a large wardrobe with ample storage space, bathrobes, and disposable amenities. The bathroom had a bathtub, a non-slip mat, and conditioner – a big plus! There was absolutely no dampness or mold. There were two bottles of water in the room, and a water dispenser in the hallway for refills. Our window overlooked the hotel's central courtyard garden. It was a bit pricey during New Year's, costing over 1200+, but it was worth it. When traveling with family, their comfort is paramount. The hotel's overall environment is beautiful, and the facilities are complete. Every front desk staff member spoke fluent Mandarin, and the restaurant's breakfast was plentiful. It's also very close to the bus stop, which was super convenient for getting around during our two-day trip. I also want to thank Trip.com customer service. When checking in, the front desk hadn't received my booking number yet. Trip.com's customer service immediately confirmed that my order was valid, explaining that the reservations department had just started their shift and hadn't sent the information to the front desk yet. I hope Trip.com adds more packages and direct-sourcing room types in the future, as booking agent rooms for overseas travel can sometimes be a bit concerning.

SShuangzizuopingguoThe hotel has a very festive appearance, with many rows of large red lanterns at the entrance and an impressive lobby. The room is very spacious, and it was comfortable even with three friends staying together. The breakfast buffet offers a rich variety of delicious food, and they refill items very quickly. Besides cars, there's also a shuttle bus service to and from Hong Kong via the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, which is super convenient.

GGuest UserHad a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Macau! The room was spacious, very clean, and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The jacuzzi was a big highlight relaxing, and exactly what you need to unwind. 🛁✨ What really stood out was the staff who can speak Tagalog, which made communication easy and made us feel very welcome as Filipinos. The location is also great, close to key spots and very convenient for getting around Macau. Highly recommended for comfort, convenience, and great service. Will definitely stay here again!

DDengdengxiaowangzhiThe environment here is great, with a stunning night view of Galaxy Macau right outside the window. The room was very clean and smoke-free. It's also very convenient to get here from the airport; you can take the Light Rail to Galaxy-Cotai Frontier Station, or take a taxi to Galaxy Macau and walk over. The front desk staff were all very helpful, and you can store your luggage there.
