Motion Hostels Hotels in Madrid

The check-in was horrible, the reservation code didn't work, we called the hotel and the answering machine came on. An hour later they gave us the code and told us that we had to enter with that code, that we should have that code so we wouldn't have to wait. Terrible service. Another couple in the same situation had the phone hung up on them with poor response.

This hostel offers a very good balance between price and quality. The room, bathroom, sheets, and towels are clean. The location is very central, yet it is completely quiet on the third floor. Check-in may be complicated for non-Spanish-speaking guests, as you do not receive any information prior to arrival. Shampoo and shower gel are provided. The air conditioning is new and works very well. This place opened in 2023.

The room was clean, and having an en-suite shower was a great convenience. Lockers are available, but you'll need your own padlock or can buy one at reception for €5. The location is excellent, right in the city center, yet it's still quiet. Towels and slippers aren't provided, which is a slight inconvenience, but it's acceptable for the price.
