Great place, though it’s a bit of a walk to the train station. The apartment is well-equipped with essentials like cooking oil and bottled water. It's conveniently located near a market for groceries. Having a lift was a big plus for moving our heavy luggage. But it is quite difficult for uber to stop nearby because there is no space to pull over. Excellent place to stay with family. Thanks Numa
Overall good, because it will be a bit noisy on the edge of the road, but it is also very careful. There are also earplugs, and those who come to live for the first time should pay attention to that there is no front desk here. There is no way to help in time!
Well...
It's a great idea to create affordable, remotely controlled apartments by local standards, with good finishing and amenities.
The finishing and amenities are good.
But there's no response to any problems that arise.
There's no internet (a cable issue) and it's been two full days since they've fixed it. Upon check-in, I barely received the code for the entrance, room, and parking (it's the same), but I couldn't enter the building or open the parking gate—nothing! It's impossible to contact the operator!!!!!! I barely made it into the building with random hotel residents and, through a housekeeping woman (also a random encounter), managed to get through to a live person from the administration. It was resolved in 15 minutes. My inquiries about the situation through the app were answered the next morning (!).
One of the elevators broke down while we were there—nothing has been done for three days, and the future is also unclear.
The company's website is very crude. I tried to extend my stay—I would have been better off moving somewhere else. Do I have to fill out all the forms and take photos of documents again? Why? And after emailing them through the app about the logic behind it, they said I didn't have to. There's no logic to it at all.
I'm giving the service a 1 because I can't give it a 0.
Otherwise, the rooms are good. The only downside is there's no clothes dryer and the lighting isn't optimal.

The very spacious rooms have slippers, toothpaste and toothbrushes. Complimentary water is also provided. The location is very convenient. There is a Japanese restaurant nearby for a few days, it is very fresh. Italian food is not praised on the street and is quite edible, not to mention large quantities. Breakfast at the hotel is relatively basic. It starts too late. If you don't have time to eat after a few days, leave the house. Don't order breakfast next time. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room. The first night was inexperienced. Swelling of the bridge of the nose. Mosquitoes woke up in the middle of the night and killed 6 bloody mosquitoes in one night. The next day, before going to bed, four or five mosquitoes appear, and the doors and windows are closed. I don't know where these mosquitoes fly. Other hotels have mosquitoes in the background too, which is awesome.
Very Good
