Overall great stay. It was a comfortable experience in a spacious room compared to a typical hotel room. Only downside is that it is bit further away from the city center so bit additional travel was required, but for the price and comfort I did not mind it. Only thing I wish they had was washer/dryer.

Clean with a very good location. Easy to access. Just missed a washing machine inside the room.

The room itself is lovely and clean. However, the location is centred in a busy street with lots of people around. It didn’t feel particularly safe there. 
It is a self serviced apartment so a lot of enquiries are through calls to resolve. The guy who picked up on our call had horrible attitudes. We were trying to ask about the locker usage and signals weren’t at its best so we asked two to three times to double check if this is the hostel help line. The caller were impatient at the start and yelled at us at the end. 
It truly was a shame to the nice apartment. The horrific service was the deal breakers I wouldn’t recommend hostel with this kind of attitudes and service.

The hotel is located right next to the Bica elevator. Thanks to people in the reviews I was able to find the place easily (the glass door is to left from the entrance to the Milkman). We left our luggage on the 2nd floor in the lockers (2€ per locker). The check-in machine on the 1st floor wasn’t working so we had to use the phone next to it to check in. Overall, the procedure was easy, but it would be much more convenient if the property sent the link to pay the city tax beforehand. The room had everything we needed and it was very clean and , unfortunately, our room had a view of the wall. Overall, it was a nice stay.

I was a bit worried after reading some negative reviews, but my experience turned out to be great. The location was convenient, close to my office meetings as well as main sights, and in a quieter area that made for good sleep.

Check-in and check-out were much easier than expected. The virtual reception worked smoothly, much quicker than a typical hotel desk. Checking out was simple with an online form.

I stayed in a studio, which was very spacious with a kitchen and nice bathroom. The room had everything I needed: washing machine, stove, dishwasher, fridge, kitchen utensils, clothes hanger, and iron. Daily cleaning was provided and the room was spotless on arrival. I also really liked the keyless system with door codes, which made things much more convenient.

Of course, this is more of an apartment setup, so you won’t find hotel-style amenities, but it worked perfectly for me. The only minor downside was some noise when people came in and out, but guests were generally very considerate and it never disrupted my sleep.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would book again.

I recently stayed at thisserviced apartment hotel in Lisbon and had a very pleasant experience. The location was excellent, close to public transportation, restaurants, and many of the city’s main attractions. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a small kitchen and a spacious living area.

Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the reliable Wi-Fi, which made it easy to relax or get some work done.

Overall, this was a great place to stay, offering both the comfort of a home and the convenience of a hotel. I would definitely consider staying here again the next time I visit Lisbon.

It would be good if the check in process was clearly explained beforehand. You will also need to note that there is a electronic check in monitor located near the lift for the self check in after you enter the building. Checking in via automated system was not that difficult but I had a hard time locating the other unit which was probably about 100metres away.  I could not locate it on google maps and the map at the front door was not clear enough for me. The locals who stayed nearby kept telling me that there is only one Avenida Serviced Apartment in the vicnity. If you book this place do note that there are 2 addresses. I managed to find the other unit after trying to make out what the map means. They are not far apart. Just note that it is located adjacently across the road. It will be a sloped road thus there will be some difficulty lugging your luggage around the cobble stone roads. Other than this information that I think the host should share beforehand, the rest are good. Nice large apartment and generally clean and well equipped. I will consider staying here again

The hotel requested booking no for checkin but none of the numbers keyed into the check in machine could work. Both lifts broke down and one has to carry the luggage to B3 to store luggages in the locker for which they charged euro 2/- per locker and this was not made clear at the time of booking. Don’t be mistaken, though they said there is a 24 hours front desk you are only talking to a phone! The staff gave contradictory information- one try to pass the bug to another taking over the duties. Overall checkin experience is terrible! 
The plus point is there is a kitchen with microwave/fridge  and washing machine at the apartment for guest’s convenience. Japanese and Chinese restaurants within 100m walk from hotel.

The location of the hotel is excellent and the facilities are very good. But the service is really bad. First, the friend's room can't be done. Find the service staff to wait for a long time! It is very troublesome to check in.

Smart, clean accommodation in a very convenient location. Comfy beds, good shower, and neat kitchen. The only downside is that you get night-time noise from revellers as they go down the street. This didn't stop us from having a fantastic stay. The staff were so helpful and friendly and having a washing machine was a bonus.

Good location with easy access to everything. However, the hotel was hard to find on the first day as it has no reception, which is part of its concept. 
Unfortunately, construction work was ongoing in the entrance and corridors throughout our stay, with no prior notice, apology, or compensation. 
Room amenities were minimal—only 2 small bottle of water for the first day and no slippers provided.

Automated proecesses for checkin and checkout worked fine, but suggestions regarding local food and such were missing.  The room was modern and comfortable with coffee and other essentials, including a set of wine glasses.  Appreciated.  The location was good, and on day two I found the local restaurants and convenience shops I missed the first day.  Within sight of Checkpoint Charlie and close to other big sites.

To check in, it's online and it's a pain... sometimes the lockers fail and you have to wait for someone to come... which can easily take about 30 minutes. There is no one at reception… only specific hours on some days…. Of course, sleeping there is very quiet and very well located because you have the metro and bus station next door that immediately takes you to the center. Very good cleaning and they always leave you some details for breakfast such as coffee capsules, tea bags, potatoes, a cold drink in the refrigerator….

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Berlin! The location was perfect, allowing us easy access to all the attractions, and the hotel itself was pristine with excellent amenities. From the welcoming staff to the comfortable rooms, every aspect exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

A less eye-catching hotel apartment could not be found at the beginning. The location is very good. Museum Island and Berlin Cathedral will be there for a while. Breakfast will go to a small burger to eat but tastes too much.

Top address, however only English-speaking in Berliner Hotel..

Feel always welcome
Quiet and clean. This hotel has been my unbeatable stay for more than twenty years. Throughout the years premises have been developed and concept upgraded without exaggeration but keeping promises!

Sketch is located near the Warschauer station, which is handy as you can just hop on the S Bahn and get within 5 minutes to Alexander Platz and other well known sights.     The property itself, is a little hiden but a sign at the entrance of building 54 shows the 2 entraces. I usually used the elevator, which is located at the 2nd couryard (left). Note that it is the last elevator in the couryard.     As soon as I entered the elevator a feeling of excitement arouse. An atmosphere as in industrialized elevator hit me, all rough and iron (in a positive kind sense). As soon as you arrive to the 3rd floor (You press 2 in the elevator), you will need your code which opens you the main door and the door of your room.    The rooms seemed very new (probably refurbished), mattresses are comfortable (not too hard and not too soft). Internet was stable and strong and the overall interior practical and nice!    Overall, it has been an awesome experience that I will definitely repeat.

The location is okay, not far from the train station, and there are trams and subways at the door. The room is not big and the pillows are not very comfortable. The breakfast is rich and the smoked salmon is delicious.

Perfect for rest. The place in this hotel is great. Officers are also very happy to help. The guest room is very elegant, with a huge and comfortable room. We will definitely live here next time

Room’s clean and well equipped.Decent location with access to shopping centre and public transport, nice smart online portal system which enables easy self service without having a reception.

The apartment is clean. It is convenient to welcome intimate chocolate .Self check in. The kebab shop on the street is super delicious. But there are shortcomings. The street feels unsafe at night. Next to it is Jokers Wild ******, Downstairs there are often drunk people.

AI only ability to act like they are listening but didn't get things fixed.
Shower faucet broken and wasted my time inform hotel and a persoanl admin respond and try to fix on the third day. it's a little too late.
Also, i asked if there will be free bottle waters and AI said yes. when i'm back to the second room and can't find it in the utility room. AI said sorry. only welcome water on the first day. Horrible AI experience and quite annoying.
Another down side is the neighbor hood doesn't look clean and safe for female guests. 
However, room is clean and comfy enough.

Personal experience is not bad, self-service is smooth, you can also store luggage, the surrounding environment is good, there is no front desk to meet other people who can't open the door with the PIN code.
Breakfast 15 euros is more general

The hotel has no staff to meet you. So check-in is being done with software - long and hard process, where you wait and do it in the entrance, without any place to sit. It was not clear that we can do it a day before and in such situation  - it could have saved us the check-in puzzle at 11:00PM after long flight and train journey. Breakfast is served in a box to the room, but arrived on time only at the first day. breakfast is poor. The late arrival did not leave us time to eat it. When we asked what is happening, the final answer was at night.... There was is no cleaning of the room while we stayed, and if I understand correctly there is a way to replace the towels by yourself. The kitchen in the room is good and has all what is needed.
All in all - if you consider it as renting a house/room for short time with no service - it is a good choice, If you expect room service and decent breakfast, this is not the place for you. Subway is short walk away - about 14 minutes.

The location is very good. There are supermarkets around, and it is very convenient to take a taxi. It is not far from the subway station. It takes less than half an hour to take a taxi to the old town. It is also half an hour from the exhibition hall.
