GGuest UserThe room size is OK, and the supporting facilities are complete, but the room has a strong smell of cigarettes. The curtains, pillows, and quilts all have the smell of cigarettes. The window and door are opened for a long time and the smell can't be dissipated. I had to open the windows and curtains to sleep all night, and I couldn't sleep well all night. The next day, even the clothes hanging in the room smelled of cigarettes 😭😭, speechless. The breakfast in the restaurant is very simple, and the service is still okay.

This stay experience far exceeded expectations! The hotel is in a good location, convenient transportation, and the surrounding dining and shopping are all available. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and the room type was upgraded for free for quick check-in. The room is spacious and bright, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the bathroom is clean and tidy, and the details can be seen. The sound insulation effect is very good, and there is no interruption to sleep overnight. The breakfast is rich in variety, Chinese and Western styles, and the taste is also very good. The price is super high, whether it is business travel or tourism vacation is very recommended! Will choose here next time, five-star praise! Work number 2119 staff service is also warm.

The laundry service was convenient, and my clothes were neatly arranged. The comfortable sofas in the lobby were perfect for relaxing, and as a brand member, I enjoyed exclusive privileges. It was a very comfortable stay!

I was initially worried that the online pictures wouldn't match the reality, but I was blown away the moment I stepped off the bus. The entrance was grand and clean, and the security guard at the door was incredibly welcoming, helping me with my luggage and even asking if I needed parking directions – my positive impression was off the charts.
The receptionist was super efficient at check-in, providing smiling service throughout. She even thoughtfully reminded me of breakfast times and restaurant locations. Seeing that I was carrying a laptop, she specifically recommended a quiet east-facing room, saying it had good natural light and wouldn't be noisy – that really appealed to me! Entering the room was an even bigger surprise. There was absolutely no unpleasant smell from new renovations; instead, there was a subtle fragrance. The bed was just the right firmness, and the pillows had neck support features, a godsend for someone like me with neck problems.

As a result, I stayed for another day and left a beautiful and warm memory here. The bed was just right, it was very comfortable to sleep, and the outdoor temperature was 9 degrees. The indoor temperature still remained 24 degrees warm. The environment layout is clean and hygienic and the service attitude is first-class, very good, you must like it! We had a very comfortable stay, the bathroom was large and clean with no odors, and the wet and dry areas were well separated. The breakfast was also good. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the toiletries were complete, the front desk lady was warm and patient, and the check-in and check-out were done in seconds. This price can have this experience, the price is directly full, next time you come to this city, you will choose here!
