Indigo Hotels in Ningbo

Every corner of this hotel, from the lobby and corridors to the guest rooms and rooftop terrace, is incredibly photogenic with its stunning industrial-vintage style. The front desk staff were warm and courteous, making my stay very pleasant. Highly recommended. This hotel has a great design, and they upgraded my room which had a fantastic view. The breakfast was delicious, with many specialty pastries, and the service was excellent – they went above and beyond to help with anything I needed.

First off, the service was excellent, with about 95% of the staff being incredibly warm and attentive. The hotel's facilities and decor are top-notch, with a grand and luxurious design. However, since it's a newly opened hotel, there's a rather strong, pungent smell, especially in the hallways and elevators. I'd advise families with young children not to rush into staying here just yet. On the downside, the pool wasn't open during our stay, which was a bit disappointing. Also, there's room for improvement in the hotel's cleanliness. Incredibly, a disposable bath towel from the previous guest was still hanging on the wall. There was also a noticeable layer of dust on things like the remote control and other fixtures. Plus, the safe in our room didn't work, and after we switched rooms, the safe in the new room didn't work either. Despite these issues, overall, we were still quite satisfied.
