GGuest UserThis trip was taken by a family of seven, starting from Ningbo. The journey took about two hours and arrived at the resort at around 14:30. The check-in process was extremely efficient. The originally booked three-bedroom room in Qigu was upgraded to a three-bedroom room in Tingyun free of charge through the coordination of the housekeeper [name]. During this period, the butler introduced in detail the room layout, restaurant location, location of the sky corridor, and gave a comprehensive and detailed explanation of the precautions for using the room. The service quality is commendable.
The hotel is located near the top of the mountain, with fresh and pleasant air around it and a superior natural environment, which has significant advantages in terms of vacation and recuperation. The restaurant staff has a warm service attitude and demonstrates good professionalism. However, the variety of breakfast offerings is relatively limited and needs to be further enriched.
During the trip, an accident occurred. A child at home accidentally broke a coffee cup, and 60 yuan in compensation was deducted when settling the bill. In addition, the hotel's mineral water provision standard is: for 7 people staying for three days and two nights, only 6 large bottles of mineral water are provided. If additional refills are required, they need to be purchased at their own expense. The trip was generally smooth, but there is still some room for improvement in the details. I hope it can provide a reference for subsequent travelers.

Orchard picking experience: There is a farm opposite the hotel in about 3 minutes’ drive. Go in and eat your fill of cherries! I heard from fruit farmers that there will be mulberries, blueberries, peaches, etc. in the coming seasons! Looking forward to blueberry season! !
Chess and card room entertainment experience: I tried KTV and it was a great experience! We had an early dinner and there was no one there when we went, so we walked straight into the KTV! Because the KTV is together with the chess and card room, pool table and table tennis table, it is very suitable for several families to come together. Everyone can play what they like but they are all very close together.
Environment: The gardens are great! There is also a large lawn and the boss’s cute little border collie! There is also a swimming pool which should be great in the summer!
Wine brewed by ancient methods: I visited the wine cellar and tasted blueberry fruit wine and yellow peach fruit wine. I don’t drink much, but my family members said that Hui Gan fruit has a strong flavor and is delicious.
