The room was non-smoking, but there was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke from the moment we entered. The room was generally clean, and the breakfast selection was limited. The whites of the boiled eggs were yellow, and they felt like they were left overnight. The kitchen smelled like the bathroom, and there were flies everywhere. Shache, a county town south of Kashgar, has a more pristine atmosphere. Staying at this hotel was very comfortable; the front desk and security staff were very welcoming. The rooms were large, clean, and tidy, with separate shower and toilet areas, and the shower water was excellent and at a comfortable temperature. The hotel is within 2-3 kilometers of various attractions in the old town, and there is parking available downstairs. There's also a good Hunan restaurant nearby. The hotel's breakfast offers a variety of options and is great value for money.

A fantastic stay. The owners are very kind and welcoming. The hotel is beautifully decorated. The rooms are new and kept spotlessly clean. The internet, air conditioning and other things work very well. A charming place with very welcoming people. The hotel is close to the Uyghur old town. To get there you can walk across a large park or take a taxi for 5 RMB. I enjoyed staying there very much.

The hotel is great. The room is big, clean, and comfortable. The hotel rate is reasonable. Location is within the city. You can walk to the old city, or take a didi which cost 5yuan. There are some nice restaurants next to the hotel. I had lunch at the Steamboat restaurant ( which seems popular with the local), and I enjoyed it.

The hotel service was good. I had a slight cold when I checked in, but I didn't expect it to suddenly get worse. I developed a fever at 10 pm, so I called the front desk to see if they had a thermometer. A security guard brought one shortly after, and then a manager came over and asked if I needed help getting to the hospital. I felt it was just a slight fever and didn't need to go to the hospital; I thought I could just take some medicine I brought myself. Unexpectedly, the manager came over again and brought me two fever-reducing patches and two bottles of water, telling me to drink plenty of water and call the front desk if I felt unwell. Their breakfast was very plentiful, and the millet porridge was a great remedy for someone who had just been sick. When I checked out, the receptionist also asked if my cold was better and even recommended a beef noodle shop, which was quite delicious.

It is 2~3 kilometers away from the busiest area in the city center. It is a bit tiring to walk, but you can ride a shared electric bike. The hotel rooms are good value for money, and the bath water is very comfortable, but the faucet is a bit broken and keeps hanging down. Parking is very convenient, and there is a parking lot under the hotel.

Come to Shache to play, bring a family, the front desk service is patient and meticulous, call before check-in to consult the worry and doubts in the store after the dispelling, and give a free upgrade room type. With children, the parent-child room was upgraded intimately. The room is clean and tidy, the most important thing is that there is a disposable toilet pad. Many hotels don't have it.
