"Visited during the off-season, so staying in a villa was incredibly cheap – amazing value for money! We even extended our stay directly with the hotel, which was cheaper than booking through a platform. The cleanliness was excellent, and the overall vibe was really comfortable. Honestly, it's not far off from villas that cost thousands. Definitely deserves a good review!"

"The price/quality ratio is excellent. The hotel staff is very friendly. The hotel is located between two popular beaches (each is no more than a 5-minute walk away). SUP boards are available for free. The rooms are clean, as are the bed linens. We had some issues with the lighting in our room, but it was quickly resolved."

"The location is great in the middle of sunrise beach and easy to walk to walking street and main pier. The concept and vibes of resort are great love it. The service is quite not good compared to another small local resort in island. A lot of staffs in resort just sitting no service of picking up at pier, staff quite not have a good service mind, staffs language proficiency of Thai and English. They don’t understand what I try to order in Thai and English."
Akira Lipe Resort
"The hotel kindly upgraded us to a poolside room on the first floor. However, on our second night, the guests on the second floor above us were incredibly noisy, constantly jumping around late into the night. We ended up having to request a move back to a second-floor room. The hotel breakfast was much more extensive than at Sunrise Mali, and the staff were far more welcoming, even inviting us to play beach volleyball. The three pools are also beautiful."

"Probably the best location beach wise on the whole island. Nice quiet beach, no boats and the snorkelling is fantastic off the beach. Great food and fantastic staff. Comfy bed and plenty of amentie"
Bella Vista Beach Resort Koh Lipe
"This is our second time staying at Bella Vista (consecutive year). To us, it is considered the most affordable beach front resort along Pattaya Beach (which to us also the best beach in Koh Lipe). The best part is, Bella Vista is located in a section where there's no long tail boats! So, it's pretty much free space for swimming and snorkeling. Room is pretty cozy (can't complain much) but perhaps need to improve the draining system in the shower (room 515). It got clogged up pretty easily. Breakfast was decently good and staffs werealso helpful. All in all, we have fallen in love with this resort and Koh Lipe so Bella Vista, see you again next year (if you guys do not increase the room price 😊)"
