The staff are friendly and breakfast was nice. The location is close to town but bear in mind that it is uphill so not ideal for those with mobility issues. We booked an Apartment King room with balcony and I did not like the room we had as it was at the back / side of the hotel , I think facing the front would have been nicer. What disturbed me about the this back apartment was the main bedroom window looks out onto a small garden area and the heavy curtains don't fully cover the area of the window which means that at night when you have the light on those walking the corridor can see into your room. Thee are sheer curtains but you can still see in. Also this room has only a shower and no bath. I would stay in the hotel again but not that room. The parking in front of the hotel reception was full so we parked on the street which was fine. There is paid parking in the hotel garage for those looking for added security.

New hotel, everything very clean, family room very spacious and comfortable beds. Breakfast was provided with everything. Spacious parking behind the hotel. Very good WiFi. We stayed during very warm days and there is no air-conditioning that makes us sleep open with the windows (what was to do on itself, a little noise from the street in the morning). Hotel also offers a benefit card that allows you to visit more than 100 attractions free of charge!

Food and rooms were good - that's probably why there were so many guests. I once heard in passing at the reception: ”Fully booked”. The room furnishings were not entirely satisfactory - especially in the bathroom there is a need for action. The shower cubicle could only be closed with a trick - all the elements pressed against each other so that the driver groove at least snapped in the middle.... The large mirror with the integrated cosmetic mirror has only one flaw: It is mounted too high, so that the ”small ”I couldn't even use it (1.70 m tall). Good idea, not well implemented. Perhaps the manufacturer assumes that the mirrors are placed on the floor???

The breakfast was great, no less than a five-star hotel. The surrounding environment of the hotel is first-class, and the internal facilities are also very characteristic, especially the many details are very warm, and it feels like home. The front desk manager is the nicest German gentleman I have ever seen along the way and left a deep impression on us. This was the most satisfying stop on this trip, so it was another day.
