"The boss was very generous. He changed our room for free after mentioning the renovations next door. Of course, the renovations next door were not the boss's problem. The decoration of the hotel is very artistic and exquisite, with an outdoor pavilion and a bistro-style corner in the lobby on the first floor, where a guitar and a pile of books are placed. The room has large floor-to-ceiling windows, and various unique ornaments are hung on the walls. It can be seen that the hotel is run with love. In addition, two peacocks, a male and a female, were kept in a large cage. "Very close to the coffee under the tree, the room is very spacious, there are many green plants, the setting is also very special, the bedroom and bathroom are two rooms, there is a large bathtub, there are cute dolls, children like it very much. The small pot rice noodles for breakfast are really delicious and the corn is super sweet. The fly in the ointment is that there is no elevator, and it is still a bit specific to carry luggage to climb the fourth floor."

MM811784****Very satisfied with a trip, stayed at the favorite hotel, took beautiful photos. Just arrived at the entrance of the hotel, the front desk lady enthusiastically came to help with the luggage and sent it to the room. The environment was also very good. When I saw the garden, I knew that this trip would be over the screen circle of friends. I took a good photo and saw the sunset on the roof terrace in the middle of the night. In the evening, Miss Sister also sent us fruit and milk, recommended local characteristics, and the taste was good. The breakfast on the second day was very rich and the taste was super good, especially the rice noodles. I like it very much. I will come to their house next time.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the front row of Sun Mountain Town (a villa residential project of Vanke), and you can see the Fuxian Lake from a distance, but it is a certain distance from the water. This place is suitable for people who drive their own cars, otherwise you have to take a taxi to go out, because there are no buses and shared bicycles. We stayed for 3 days and took a taxi to the Dolphin Bay Hotel every day. It is better to stay in the B&B in Emerald Bay (a community near the Dolphin Bay Hotel). The rooms facing the lake view in the hotel are okay. Our twin room is on the shady side, and the balcony faces the outer wall. If the lights are not turned on, it is a dark room. The lights need to be turned on during the day. The hotel breakfast is simple but can meet basic needs.

Cleanliness: The hygiene was quite good.
Environment: The hotel is located in Xiaowan Village, offering beautiful scenery and a quiet location. You can enjoy views of Fuxian Lake from the room.
Service: We arrived by car around 9:30 PM. Unable to find parking, we contacted the hotel, and a staff member warmly greeted us at the entrance. However, due to the New Year's Eve crowds, there wasn't enough parking, so we had to park elsewhere. The hotel promised to cover the parking fee. After checking out, I showed them the parking payment screenshot, and they asked for my QR code for payment. However, from check-out at 10:30 AM until I got home at 9:00 PM, I still hadn't received the reimbursed parking fee.
Complimentary fruit, tea, Americano coffee: Since we arrived late, I didn't have coffee at night and asked the hotel if I could have it the next morning. They agreed, stating coffee was available from 8 AM to 11 PM. However, when I messaged them at 8:30 AM the next day asking for two coffees, they said they would deliver them at 10 AM. They were never delivered, even by 10:30 AM check-out. The other fruits and tea were also not provided.
Overall, the hotel's environment, cleanliness, and breakfast were good, but the service attitude was quite casual. They failed to deliver on their promise to cover the parking fee (20 RMB) and provide the complimentary coffee.
