Hotels in Chengjiang with sea view​

Very satisfied with a trip, stayed at the favorite hotel, took beautiful photos. Just arrived at the entrance of the hotel, the front desk lady enthusiastically came to help with the luggage and sent it to the room. The environment was also very good. When I saw the garden, I knew that this trip would be over the screen circle of friends. I took a good photo and saw the sunset on the roof terrace in the middle of the night. In the evening, Miss Sister also sent us fruit and milk, recommended local characteristics, and the taste was good. The breakfast on the second day was very rich and the taste was super good, especially the rice noodles. I like it very much. I will come to their house next time.

The facilities are very good, the hygiene and service are very good, the photos are especially good, the afternoon tea and breakfast are very delicious, the sky mirror on the third floor is very beautiful for taking photos, and the hotel also thoughtfully provides dresses for taking photos. It is worth staying again.

Breakfast is average, the hardware of the room is average, the mattress is thin, and the bedding is average. The wallpaper is a bit damaged. It would be better if it could be improved.

Environment: The hotel is located in Xiaowan Village, offering beautiful scenery and a quiet location. You can enjoy views of Fuxian Lake from the room. Service: We arrived by car around 9:30 PM. Unable to find parking, we contacted the hotel, and a staff member warmly greeted us at the entrance. However, due to the New Year's Eve crowds, there wasn't enough parking, so we had to park elsewhere. The hotel promised to cover the parking fee. After checking out, I showed them the parking payment screenshot, and they asked for my QR code for payment. However, from check-out at 10:30 AM until I got home at 9:00 PM, I still hadn't received the reimbursed parking fee. Complimentary fruit, tea, Americano coffee: Since we arrived late, I didn't have coffee at night and asked the hotel if I could have it the next morning. They agreed, stating coffee was available from 8 AM to 11 PM. However, when I messaged them at 8:30 AM the next day asking for two coffees, they said they would deliver them at 10 AM. They were never delivered, even by 10:30 AM check-out. The other fruits and tea were also not provided. Overall, the hotel's environment, cleanliness, and breakfast were good, but the service attitude was quite casual. They failed to deliver on their promise to cover the parking fee (20 RMB) and provide the complimentary coffee.
