A truly 'home away from home' experience, with special thanks to our butler, Jerry, for his thoughtful care. This time, I arranged for my mother and child to stay at the Amanruya Zhujiajiao Hotel. It was my first time not accompanying them, so I was naturally quite worried at first. However, the hotel's butler service quickly put my mind at ease. Jerry started coordinating everything even before our check-in, arranging every detail with incredible thoroughness. No matter how many questions I had, the butler always answered patiently. My child was thrilled to see all the activities available, and Jerry perfectly arranged for them to try everything. My mother and child also enjoyed a wonderful spa experience. This vacation was definitely stress-free for the elder and full of fun for the child. The ambiance of Amanruya, of course, goes without saying. But the discreet and attentive service, like water nourishing plants, was an even bigger bonus. It wasn't just the butler; every staff member was incredibly friendly. It wasn't just professional courtesy, but a genuine warmth born from a love for their work!
