Ascott Properties in Shanghai

When I come to Shanghai, I always prefer to stay in the city center for convenience, so I chose Ascott. The location is excellent, with easy access to transportation. I'm very grateful for Zoey's help. Other than the slightly outdated room facilities, the surrounding environment and service at the hotel were both great.

The room was spacious, with practical decor and amenities. Overall, while it's a bit newer than the Ascott Beijing, the lighting and airiness aren't quite as pleasant. The location is excellent, and the area is quiet, even during the National Day holiday. Huaihai Middle Road is a 15-20 minute walk away, making it convenient. There's a shopping district next door, offering a wide selection of Western, Chinese, and bar options, including delicious Cantonese-style late-night snacks. The breakfast wasn't great, so avoid ordering breakfast-included options. Don't miss the Old Shanghai breakfast restaurant, which has a rich menu.

My stay at the Ascott Senlan Shanghai was absolutely beyond my expectations. The apartment boasts an unparalleled location, surrounded by several parks, with a large green space right downstairs. Within a five-minute walk, there's a subway station, as well as two large shopping malls, Senlan Garden City and Senlan Commercial Plaza, making transportation, dining, and shopping incredibly convenient. The suite we booked was spacious and airy, and opening the window revealed a refreshing green view, which was very therapeutic. What truly impressed me was the service. From check-in guidance to coordinating requests, everything was meticulous and thoughtful, making us feel completely at ease. Especially Kobe, the Front Office Manager, who was both enthusiastic and professional, demonstrating thoughtfulness in every detail. I sincerely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality living experience.
