I really have to commend this hotel. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean; I didn't hesitate to walk around barefoot. The location is also very convenient, with restaurants and a live house right across the street. I particularly want to highlight Shirley—she was incredibly responsive, almost instantly replying to all my questions. More importantly, she had an excellent attitude and helped me resolve several small issues. I genuinely feel that this level of service is quite rare. The accommodation in this Ascott Sunland was exceptionally comfortable, with a beautiful park nearby that we truly appreciated. The convenience of shopping malls and walking to the store made our stay even better. The front desk staff were extremely helpful, and the service provided was outstanding. Overall, this trip has been truly enjoyable.
