The front desk staff was incredibly helpful, and they also offered complimentary luggage storage. The hygiene was excellent, and the room had a pleasant, fragrant smell as soon as I entered. Plus, the location is great, very close to the train station.

I had to book a last-minute room for an urgent business trip and picking the Yixuan Anlai Hotel at 930 West Shanxi Road was a great decision, no regrets at all! ⭐ I arrived late at night but check-in was quick, and the 24-hour front desk staff were always on duty. The lobby was bright and clean, with soft sofas in the waiting area 🛋️. There's a 24-hour convenience store just a two-minute walk away, super handy for grabbing last-minute essentials. Plus, the metro covers the whole city, so I didn't have to rush for early morning meetings. The room layout was compact and practical, the bedding was fluffy and soft, and the double curtains provided excellent blackout and noise reduction, perfect for a quick rest to recharge. The entire room was spotlessly clean, with no water marks on mirrors or floors. Hot water in the bathroom was instant, and a full set of toiletries was provided 🧴. The high-speed WiFi was seamless for urgent online work, and the mini desk was just right for my laptop and documents. They offer free luggage storage and 24-hour drinking water, and there's a self-service laundry room for emergency washing. The staff were friendly and gentle. This was truly the best solution for a temporary business trip stay.

The room was clean and tidy overall, with good lighting and spaciousness. There was no strange smell upon entering, and the bedding was neatly arranged. The mattress was neither too soft nor too hard, allowing for a comfortable night's rest. The smart toilet and 4K screen mirroring were both very practical, especially the easy connection for screen mirroring. Watching movies back at the hotel in the evening was a great experience. The air conditioning, hot water, and other basic amenities were all stable, with no issues that affected my stay. The front desk staff always provided excellent service. Check-in was fast, and they were patient and helpful with any questions or problems. The room cleaning was also thorough, showing that the hotel does a good job with hygiene and daily maintenance. Overall, it's not a flashy hotel, but all the necessary facilities, cleanliness, and service are well-executed, making for a worry-free stay. Considering the location, room conditions, and price, it offers great value for money. I will definitely choose to stay here again if I'm in the area.

The location is amazing. Literally next to metro. U only have to walk around 50m. The staff are are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. I had an issue with the first room and they helped to change it immediately. Really amazed by the hospitality. The only drawback is that the room is a bit small.

This hotel is directly opposite Putuo Central Hospital. My elderly family member was hospitalized for a fractured bone for two weeks, and during that time, I, as a family member, stayed at the hotel for two nights plus a half-day in a hourly room. I really liked this hotel. The room was small but had exquisite hardware and decor. Although the quality of the amenities was average, it was in line with the price, offering excellent value for money. The hotel is located in the core area of Caoyang, surrounded by numerous dining options, many bus stops, and not far from Metro Line 15 and Line 11. The attached photos are of the Simple Queen Room. The room is very refined, with a window in the bathroom and a projector in the bedroom. I also stayed in a Sunlight Queen Room one night, which was even more spacious. The hotel offers complimentary tea, coffee, a laundry room, and ironing facilities – basically all the essential amenities guests might need. The staff were kind and welcoming, providing enthusiastic service. You can also ask the service staff to store your food in the refrigerator. Even though the hotel is less than 3 kilometers from my home, I still hope to have the opportunity to stay here again.

Compared to other hotels in the same price range nearby, this one's overall strength is far superior. The price is affordable, and transportation, hygiene, and service are all top-notch. It's suitable for both short trips and temporary stays. The overall experience was fantastic, and I strongly recommend it to all travelers!
