Anonymous UserExtremely satisfied! The hotel is new, clean, and tidy, with excellent service and tasteful decor that's very pleasing to the eye. Downstairs, there's a convenience store and fast food, and the surrounding area has all sorts of amenities. It has air conditioning, breakfast, and the price was great; I paid just over 400 for a twin room per night when I stayed.

ShengjiangningmengThis is my second time at the Ritz-Carlton Pudong, and the facilities are, as expected, top-notch. Since I have a flight to the UK in two days, I decided to spend both days fully enjoying the hotel experience. The concierge team thoughtfully prepared extra bottled water for me in advance, and also gifted me a little lion charm and a personalized room key. The handwritten card was a truly warm and sincere touch, showing they remembered details I had mentioned, and they even helped me with restaurant reservations. I also took the opportunity to experience the Ritz-Carlton spa. While the price might be a bit higher, the quality of service and the staff's attitude are absolutely impeccable.

Anonymous UserThe experience at J Hotel Shanghai Tower was excellent. Located on the upper floors of Shanghai Tower in Lujiazui, the hotel boasts unparalleled views of the Huangpu River and the city's skyline through its floor-to-ceiling windows. The room decor is exquisite and grand, the bedding is comfortable, and the amenities are of high quality. The butler service is attentive and thoughtful, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. The high-speed elevators whisk you straight to the clouds, creating an incredible atmosphere. It's truly a benchmark for luxury hotels from a Chinese brand, definitely worth experiencing when you visit Shanghai.

Guest UserDuring my trip to China, I stayed at the same brand of hotel in Suzhou, Shenzhen, and Shanghai. My biggest takeaway is that this hotel brand never disappoints.
While the overall space at the Atour Hotel Shanghai Jing'an might be a bit more compact than its counterparts in other cities, the comfort level is still top-notch. The attention to detail and the overall experience put me at ease. The location, in particular, is incredibly convenient, with excellent transportation links. Getting to Shanghai Railway Station or other parts of Shanghai was a breeze.
For me, the most important thing about a hotel isn't just how luxurious it is, but rather the consistent feeling of stability, comfort, and peace of mind it provides with each stay. This is my biggest impression after staying at several Atour hotels consecutively – the brand's quality and service are consistently excellent. No matter where I go, I know I won't be let down.
If you're looking for comfort, convenience, and that reassuring feeling of 'you can't go wrong with this choice,' the Atour Hotel Shanghai Jing'an is indeed an excellent option.

AizhujiudiandehuangshaoyeAn absolutely wonderful experience!
**Facilities:** Even though it's an older hotel, I was initially worried the facilities might be outdated. But when I arrived, I realized there was no need to worry at all. The overall vibe is one of rich heritage and understated luxury, without feeling old-fashioned. I personally loved it.
**Hygiene:** The hygiene was excellent; I didn't notice any issues.
**Environment:** Simply fantastic. Both the hotel itself and the guests staying there collectively create an atmosphere that made me feel it was truly great value for money.
This is a hotel with genuinely sincere service and a superb location, well worth experiencing. I absolutely loved it.

Guest UserI made a last-minute decision to stay at this hotel, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. They personally escorted me to my room, explaining all the features and amenities, and even highlighted the hotel's special services. The room offered a direct view of the Lujiazui 'Three-Piece Suit' skyline, including the Bund and the Oriental Pearl Tower – the entire panorama was right before my eyes. Although the hotel has been around for a while, it's still very well-maintained. The breakfast selection was extensive. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

For our family trip, we chose the Waldorf Astoria's new building river-view room. The room was spacious, and the floor-to-ceiling windows framed the magical Shanghai river view like a moving painting. Our dedicated concierges, Aaron and Brin, meticulously considered every detail for our family outing, providing practical suggestions for local attractions and responding to our requests efficiently and effectively. During our leisure time, sitting by the window, watching the boats slowly cross the river, we soaked in the unique vibrant atmosphere of the Bund. The quality of the facilities combined with the warm service created truly precious memories for this trip to Shanghai.

My stay at Qilai Light Luxury Hotel was excellent, and the overall value for money was great. The front desk staff were warm and polite. Check-in and check-out procedures were simple and quick, and they patiently answered all my questions about local transportation. The service experience was truly impressive.
The room was clean and tidy, with no strange odors. The bedding was soft and comfortable, allowing me to get a good rest after a busy day.
The hotel's laundry service, priced at just one yuan per item, was incredibly convenient. It was great to be able to wash clothes accumulated during my travels right there, and the price was very reasonable. The parking lot at the entrance, costing 10 yuan per day, made it very convenient for those driving.
The hotel's location is excellent, with numerous restaurants and convenience stores nearby, offering a wide variety of choices for dining and shopping. The in-room Wi-Fi signal was strong and stable, making streaming videos and working smoothly. The indoor facilities were well-maintained and easy to use.
My entire stay was comfortable and worry-free. The attention to detail truly showed the hotel's dedication. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel, and I had no complaints at all. I've already recommended it to my travel companions, and if I come to Minhang again, this will be my top choice. I also recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation.
