I don't know where to begin. In a nutshell, everything what expected and beyond of 4 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐ hotel. From staff ready to help with anything , spot on clean, service top, facilities, buffet breakfast variety and tasty food 😋,modern practical design in mind and technology implemented, location near the fastest train in the world connecting to the airport in less than 8 minutes I personally stop watched, my really genuine advice is if you travel to Shanghai do not ignore it. I can say, everything was breathtaking.

The room size was good, and it was clean. As a family of three (with a 4-year-old child), the deluxe king room was perfectly adequate – spacious and comfortable. The room itself was in a quiet location and had a window. Right outside, to the right, is Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. It's very close to The Bund; you just walk south along Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street until the end. Along the way, you'll pass Nanjing East Road Station on Metro Line 2, which is just one stop from Lujiazui Metro Station. From there, the Oriental Pearl TV Tower is directly in front, about 20 meters to the right of the exit – very close! The hotel service was also good. They provided a children's toothbrush and toothpaste set, which was a thoughtful touch. My child even said they want to stay here again next time. We added breakfast separately, and it was abundant and delicious. My child enjoyed it very much. It was a great trip overall.

The hotel's location is excellent and very convenient for transport. The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, with complete and well-maintained facilities. The front desk staff were warm and attentive. Overall, the stay was fantastic, offering great value for money and highly recommended.

Walking to the hotel from Yuan Dong Avenue isn't very convenient; you'll need a taxi! The hotel facilities and cleanliness are just average, and there are no restaurants nearby. It's only about a ten-minute drive to the airport though. The AC takes a while to warm up.

Atmosphere: Built 25 years ago, so it's still quite new. Service: I have to say, the service was really bad. The girl at the front desk was very unhelpful. She asked if I wanted a room on the 7th or 2nd floor, and I said 7th because I'm a light sleeper. Then she made me wait for a long time while she checked, and finally gave me a room on the 2nd floor, which led to an argument. Later, I went out again to ask the front desk for water, and her attitude was terrible! Overall, it was a bad experience. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was average. When I checked in that night, there were leftover food crumbs from the previous guest on the table.

Hotel very well located, just outside of the metro station East Nanjing Road (literally just crossing the street), 7th floor of a shopping mall, and a couple a hundred meters from the view of the skyline of Pudong. The room was clean, but sometimes during the day, it was smelly (cigarette smell travelled through the AC, while it's a non smoking hotel). The towels were changed, bottles of water given for free (you can even as for more), but the bed wasn't done during a 3-night-stay. I recommend and would come again if I travel to Shanghai again.

The hotel environment is clean and tidy, the room is comfortable with good natural light, and the bedding is soft, ensuring a peaceful sleep. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and the location is excellent, making travel convenient. Overall, my stay was exceptionally satisfying.

The feeling was great during the stay, the staff was gentle and patient, the response to the problem was timely, the room was cleaned very clean, the infrastructure was perfect, the breakfast tasted good, the location was convenient, the overall experience exceeded expectations, and it was very recommended.

Overall, it was great, and the front desk service was excellent! I arrived late, and the receptionist upgraded my room for free. I noted I wanted a quieter room, and they gave me a room at the end of the corridor with a small window. The room was spacious, the decor was new, and there was no unpleasant smell. However, I had a slight whiff of smoke at the door – perhaps the previous guest had been secretly smoking in the bathroom, or maybe the smoker had a lingering odor. It dissipated quickly, so it wasn't a big deal. A small piece of feedback for the hotel: in room 436, the two overhead lights near the window were broken and not working. It would be nice to have them fixed. I was a little disappointed when I tried to use my computer to code that night because the lights were broken, which was a bit hard on my eyes. Overall, despite this minor hiccup, it was a very good stay.

After a long search, I finally decided on this hotel. Traveling with elderly parents, convenience was key, and it turned out to be surprisingly good! It's a mere 3-minute walk to the subway station, making it super easy to get to attractions, reach the hotel from Shanghai Station, and even get to Hongqiao Airport. There's construction across the street, but it didn't disturb our rest at all; it was very quiet at night. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and the complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby were great too. The room was spacious, with new facilities, no strange odors, and was very clean and tidy. The duvet and pillows were comfortable. Excellent value for money, highly recommend!
