Stayed here for two nights with a friend for the Arknights SoundVOLTEX concert, and the overall experience was incredibly comfortable. The staff at the front desk, both the guys and girls, were really friendly. Check-in was a breeze, and following their instructions, I even received a small gift. I accidentally overpaid at one point, but they promptly refunded the extra amount, which was very reassuring. Daily cleaning and trash disposal were always on time, and the hygiene was well-maintained. My only minor suggestion would be the lack of an exhaust fan in the bathroom, which makes odors dissipate slowly. It would be perfect if one could be installed. Overall, I'm very satisfied! (The bedding was put on by myself, it's a little habit of mine when traveling haha~)

Towels, toothbrushes, and all the essential amenities were provided everything you need for a comfortable stay. I also really liked the area. There are many interesting places nearby, and the metro station is within walking distance, which makes getting around very convenient. There are also plenty of places to eat in the area, which is a big advantage. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

The location is excellent, right next to the subway station. After exiting Line 6, Exit 5, I just looked up and to the right, and there it was, even closer than I imagined. That's precisely why I chose this hotel from so many options. I arrived before noon, and after showing me how to download the HUAZHU app, they assigned me a room. (By the way, why does my phone number on the app show a completely unfamiliar name and ID number? I've had this number for over ten years!) The room was quite clean, and the bedding was spotless. The shower stall is small and integrated. The water temperature was a bit unstable during my morning shower. There were no plastic slippers provided, and no conditioner, only shampoo and shower gel. A set of disposable toiletries was given at the front desk upon check-in. Breakfast was decent, offering both wonton noodles and a buffet. Overall, it was good. I'd consider staying here again next time I visit Shanghai in spring to see the flowers at the Expo.

Such issues might be understandable in a small, family-run hotel in a remote area, but in a major international city like Shanghai, and under a global brand, a higher standard of service should be expected.
