I've stayed at this Ibis multiple times, and it's absolutely perfect for a Disneyland trip! The location is excellent, making it super convenient to get to the park. The rooms are always spotless and well-maintained. The front desk staff are incredibly warm, attentive, and have a fantastic attitude. The facilities are comprehensive, ensuring a comfortable stay. It's a perfect experience for couples traveling together. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Disneyland!

Stayed here for two nights with a friend for the Arknights SoundVOLTEX concert, and the overall experience was incredibly comfortable. The staff at the front desk, both the guys and girls, were really friendly. Check-in was a breeze, and following their instructions, I even received a small gift. I accidentally overpaid at one point, but they promptly refunded the extra amount, which was very reassuring. Daily cleaning and trash disposal were always on time, and the hygiene was well-maintained. My only minor suggestion would be the lack of an exhaust fan in the bathroom, which makes odors dissipate slowly. It would be perfect if one could be installed. Overall, I'm very satisfied! (The bedding was put on by myself, it's a little habit of mine when traveling haha~)

I really had a nice stay in this hotel. This branch lived up to the Ibis Hotel standards. The front-desk officer was nice. I checked-in at around 1pm but my room was not ready, so he offered me a bottled of water and a small basket of fruits. I really appreciated the kind gesture, after all, standard check-in is 2pm, so it was unnecessary to compensate me with anything. The room was clean and spacious, in fact, it was bigger than I expected and even compared to other Ibis Hotels I have stayed at before. The hotel is just outside Dongming Road Subway Station (Line 6 &13) Exit 5 and there's a commercial plaza next to it (Tim Hortons, Lawson, Subway, McDonalds). Other than that, there's not much going on around the area. But because of it's very close distance to the subway, it's bery convenient to connect to the other parts of the city. I recommend Oriental Sports Center, there's a really nice shopping mall (Taikoo Li) and a nice city view at night.

Additionally, the staff often appeared distracted, frequently using their phones instead of being attentive to guests. This creates an impression of complete indifference and lack of professionalism. Such issues might be understandable in a small, family-run hotel in a remote area, but in a major international city like Shanghai, and under a global brand, a higher standard of service should be expected.

I was very satisfied with my stay! The hotel is conveniently located near the subway station and is close to restaurants and shopping. The front desk service was friendly and the check-in process was efficient. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The bathroom was well-equipped with hot water. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The value for money was excellent, and I would stay here again. Overall, highly recommended!
