Guest UserExcellent stay, highly recommended! There's a small shopping mall right next door, perfect for some retail therapy and grabbing a bite. I stayed with friends and would definitely consider coming back. The front desk staff was incredibly nice and very helpful in resolving any issues. Thumbs up! 👍

Guest UserThe hotel is conveniently located right by Zhouqiao Old Street, very easy to find. Across the road are Huilongtan Park and Jiading Confucius Temple, and it's just a few minutes' walk to Jiading Museum and Qiuxia Garden. We had breakfast and then spent the morning exploring the free attractions nearby – the location is truly excellent.
Upon check-in, we received a complimentary room upgrade. The room was new and spacious, and the bathroom was particularly roomy. It would have been perfect if there was a bathtub by the window! When we checked out, we were even given coffee as a farewell gift. A big thank you to the handsome Xiao Shao!
The hotel has a courtyard and a long corridor, which I believe are preserved from the original old building. There's also a citron tree in the courtyard with many fruits. In the morning, I saw a pile of what looked like fallen fruits in the restaurant.

Guest UserThe cleaning staff were very friendly and the front desk was very helpful. The room was super clean and well-equipped, and the soundproofing was excellent. Highly recommend! The breakfast selection was also quite rich, with both Western and Chinese options to choose from, or you could have it delivered to your room. The hotel's location is fantastic, with many delicious Japanese restaurants in the basement of Takashimaya, right next to a Japanese supermarket.

Right next to the Lujiazui financial district, with convenient transportation nearby. The room was non-smoking, and we booked a river view room, which offered fantastic views of the Huangpu River, the 'Three-piece Suite' (Lujiazui skyscrapers), and the Bund. Breakfast was plentiful and served until 11 AM on weekends; enjoying brunch on the 26th floor while admiring the river view was incredibly pleasant. Overall service was excellent; the front desk lady, Doris, was very warm, patient, and provided personalized service. Highly recommend!
