We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. A special thank you to Ahmed Selim, who speaks Russian. He was always kind, attentive, and happy to help, making our stay even more comfortable. Our room was spacious, modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The location is excellent, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, attractions, and public transportation. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shanghai. Thank you to the entire team for such a great experience!
