We were very happy with our stay at this hotel! First of all, we would like to mention the very friendly, helpful, and attentive staff. They were always ready to assist us whenever we needed help. The staff also helped with our luggage, which was especially appreciated after a long journey. The location is very convenient — the hotel is located right next to the pedestrian street, so it’s easy to step outside and immediately find yourself in the heart of the walking area. The only small downside is that it was a little difficult to find the hotel at first, but if you follow the landmarks and directions provided, it’s manageable. There is also complimentary tea available at the reception, which was a nice little touch. The price is very reasonable, especially considering the location and overall service. The room was comfortable and cleaned every day. We stayed in a room with a “smart bed,” which was absolutely perfect after a long day of walking around and exploring. It really helped us relax and recover after a busy day. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would definitely be happy to stay here again. The location is excellent, very close to Renji Hospital, with plenty of dining options nearby. It truly feels vibrant and convenient! I booked a windowless room, but the front desk upgraded me to room 8611, which had a small window. It was a pleasant surprise to see the beautiful view outside. However, the bed area in the room was a bit cramped, though the bathroom was decent. The biggest issue was being near the elevator; I could hear every word spoken by everyone who passed by, crystal clear. I wonder if other rooms are like that. Also, the air conditioning, even on the lowest fan speed, felt very strong and uncomfortable. Maybe I'm getting old and can't handle the draft? Turning it off made the room too hot. I even tried placing some tissues on different parts of the bed, and they were all fluttering! I ended up sleeping with my head covered, which resulted in a terrible night's sleep.

Another small issue was that the hotel hallways were quite warm. This was especially noticeable this season; every time I left my room, the walk to the elevator felt a bit stuffy and hot. But for me, this wasn't a severe enough problem to warrant a low rating for the hotel; it's an acceptable minor drawback. One thing I found really convenient was the hotel's dedicated pick-up area. For instance, if you order takeout, get a delivery, or a rider brings something, it's placed in a designated area. You can go and check it yourself, making the whole process very easy. To be honest, this place feels more like a hybrid between a hotel and a serviced apartment. The facilities are well-suited for long-term stays, and for business trips or extended periods in Shanghai, I think it's much more convenient than a typical hotel. But I have to say it again: the location is fantastic. Seriously, the location is absolutely gorgeous. For this area, I think it's one of the best value-for-money options I've seen so far. Taking an evening stroll, the surrounding scenery is truly breathtaking. The staff are also all lovely and friendly. The only thing is they sometimes seem quite busy, so online replies can be slow, and you might have to wait a while. However, once they do reply or you communicate with them in person, you'll find everyone is very pleasant and willing to help. So, overall, my impression of this hotel is very positive. It's not without its flaws, but considering the location, price, environment, and convenience for long-term stays, I think these minor issues are perfectly acceptable. My room didn't have a microwave or an individual washing machine, but that wasn't a big deal. The kitchen staff were very kind and always happily helped me heat up food. The hotel also has a public laundry room with irons available, so even for longer stays, it doesn't feel inconvenient. What I loved most was the evening ambiance. Stepping out of the hotel at night, the riverside and surrounding scenery are truly captivating. The whole neighborhood is also very quiet, not noisy at all, making walks incredibly pleasant. If you're looking for a beautiful, quiet place that's suitable for longer stays, I think this place is definitely worth considering.

The complimentary coffee, mineral water, and free laundry and drying facilities, plus free parking, are incredibly convenient. They even offered a thoughtful tea service upon arrival. Breakfast was both delicious and beautifully presented!
