Situated in the Futian Free Trade Zone, it's very close to the Futian and Huanggang Port immigration checkpoints, offering convenient access to Futian CBD and the Convention and Exhibition Center. Getting to Futian Station by taxi is also very easy. The guest rooms are spacious, and the Four Points' signature comfortable beds provide a great night's sleep. The rooms are clean and tidy, with complete bathroom facilities and stable internet. Some room types even offer river views. The soundproofing is good, ensuring a peaceful rest. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the service attitude was attentive. The breakfast buffet offers a rich variety of options, a good mix of Western and Chinese cuisine, including freshly made Cantonese dim sum like Chee Cheong Fun and Koay Teow. The food quality is consistently good, and the dining environment is comfortable. Hotel amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, a 24-hour gym, and ample parking space in the underground car park, including charging spots, which is very convenient for those traveling by car. As a Marriott five-star hotel, it offers good value for money overall. It's suitable for both business trips and travelers commuting between Shenzhen and Hong Kong. My stay was very satisfying, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Shenzhen.

The room offers a view of airplanes, and all the facilities are brand new. There's a self-service laundry, and MixC Shopping Mall is right downstairs, which is great for kids to explore. There are also plenty of playgrounds to keep them entertained, so you won't get bored staying in the hotel all day. I specifically chose this hotel for its convenient access to the airport, which is only about a 10-15 minute drive away.

I'd like to specially mention Coco, who was meticulous and thoughtful before check-in, proactively reminded me about all sorts of check-in information, responded promptly to questions, and was genuinely kind, not offering a generic, 'assembly-line' type of service. These small details really made a great impression, and it's definitely worth coming back. Diana at the front desk handled the check-in process smoothly and was very efficient. The facilities and amenities are comprehensive, with a laundry room and gym. The hygiene was excellent. Overall, a particularly satisfying stay.
