2-Star Hotels in Pattaya

"The hotel is not very new, but the location is convenient, very close to the pedestrian street and the beach road. There are many bars and restaurants nearby, and there is no good place to eat, drink and play. The air conditioner in the room was bad when I checked in, so I turned the room. Next to the temple, I heard the big horn singing scriptures at five o'clock in the morning, and it was very noisy and I couldn't sleep anymore. The room was clean and the sheets were neat and clean. There are only towels and soap in the bathroom, and others such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, cups, etc. need to bring or buy. In general, the hotel price is very cheap, very suitable for the individual who is not demanding, and likes the nightlife. Rating: 3.4/5"

"I can't say enough good things about the OYO Nakorn. I needed to leave the hotel in a rush very quickly due to an emergency issue, leaving a lot of my possessions behind, some quite valuable which I didn't realise including my camera and some expensive shirts. Instead of those items disappearing as you can assume they may well have done in other places, my things were packed away and kindly forwarded when I got back in touch a few days later.  I'm very thankful to the hotel for doing this for me. Regarding some other reviews I've seen on here, I stayed at this hotel for over a month, so I think I can give good opinion. - Staff were always very friendly whatever time I was back and forth (sometimes very late/early). If other people had problems maybe their own attitude? - I often had friends (1 per time) call around each day, no issues, comments or complaints. - Cleaning can be daily if you ask for it, but the cleaning approach is ”ask for it if you want it”, and I have no problem with this, every other day is fine for me, towels swapped daily. Just a case of going out to ask for a swap when you hear the team going around. I don't like my room cleaned every day. - I did get the odd cockroach in my room but cockroaches are not harmful, I would just capture it and let it out. I didn't get the idea that the place was ”infested” like some guy said. I think that's an exaggeration.  - Not the hotels fault, the road that goes from the hotel to the next main road (called 3rd Road) does not have a pavement. So yes you do need to be a little careful when walking to the bars. But the hotel has its own car park, restaurant and driveway, so it cannot be a hotel complaint really. Not something they are in control of. For me the price vs quality ratio is good and I would stay again for sure. Thank you again."

"In terms of hygiene, the floor of the 4-bed room I booked upstairs from the dining area is very dirty, with a lot of hair and dust, but the air conditioning is good and cold, and it is better to stay in the lower bunk, and the bed is also large. It is located a little inside, and there is a lotus supermarket outside. This youth hostel is run by a couple. They took their home and renovated it, which is good, but the insulation on the second floor is not very perfect. The boss lady is very enthusiastic, and the tourists are also very good\(≧▽≦)/ Don’t use the toilet on the right below, it is not ventilated and super hot🥵🥵 If you want to use the toilet, use the one on the left with a hole on the top, which is really good. His 🐱 is very cute, there are two in total, an orange cat and another one of unknown quality, with a lot of fur"

"A very nice & quiet place with lots of plants around - a little outside the city hustle and also all you need available in close distance (7/11, street food, etc). We enjoyed the silence there and the friendly staff!  Who loves cats as us will love this place as there are living few cats strolling around the area and sometimes coming to say hi :)  We for sure will  come back one day"
