XXingyuefengshaOur stay was fantastic! The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near Wanda Plaza and the museum. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, and the soundproofing was excellent, so we had a great night's sleep. The breakfast spread was ample, and overall, it offered great value for money. It even started snowing, and the front desk thoughtfully brought us warm mineral water, which was a very nice touch.

AAnonymous UserMy stay at Starway Hotel (Hohhot Xinhua Square) was excellent! The location is incredibly convenient, right by the square. The staff were very friendly and had a great attitude. The room was spacious and the king-sized bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I was also impressed by the high standard of cleanliness throughout the room. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers. Will definitely return!

GGuest UserThe room itself would have been fine if we didn’t see bugs or mini cockroaches in the room and in the laundry room which then made me itchy all night long. There’s also so much construction going on where you have to take an elevator first up to the 3rd floor then switch to another one to get to your own floor. It was so inconvenient. And the elevator hallways were so dark and creepy looking. There’s only one washer and one dryer and the wait took so long to use the machines. I waited until midnight to be able to do my laundry. So inconvenient. I also really dislike the wet shower and they only provide disposable towels which I also absolutely hate and is so unenvironmentally friendly. The breakfast was limited in options and despite them saying it was available until 10, at 9:45 they were already putting everything away. The staff weren’t that friendly upon check in but at check out they were very friendly.

Breakfast is located on the 6th floor, but it's only accessible via stairs from the 5th floor, which could be quite strenuous and inconvenient for older guests. The laundry room is conveniently situated next to the restaurant. Complimentary self-service coffee machines are available in both the lobby and the restaurant, which is a great perk for coffee lovers. The front desk service was average and could definitely use some improvement.

BBaozi88888888The hotel location is convenient and near touristic sites. The staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is great and has tasty Mongolian milk tea and delicious Shaomai. The coffee machine at the reception is free of access and very tasty. A very nice stay, it is the second time I have stayed in this hotel, and next time I come to Hohhot I will here again for sure! 我很满意！

GGuest UserMy stay here was fantastic! The room had great natural light and was decorated in a really warm and elegant way. Housekeeping was meticulous; even the corners were spotless. The bed was just the right firmness, allowing me to sleep very comfortably. The front desk staff were attentive and responsive, handling every detail with care, which made for a very relaxing and comfortable stay. I highly recommend it!

The room is large, the living room 🛋️ is very spacious, equipped with a kitchen and a bar, suitable for long-term stay.
Suggestion: Currently, you need to stand in the bathtub to shower 🚿, and water splashing all over the floor is inevitable. I hope to improve it❤️.

GGuest UserFacilities: The facilities felt quite old, and the decor style was a bit dated. Plus, the bathroom had a foul odor, kind of like a sewage smell. I rarely encounter this in chain hotels, so this experience was really disappointing.
Service: I booked two king rooms, but they gave us two family rooms instead (without any prior notification), which was a bit confusing.
