GGuest UserLet me give an objective review of my stay at the Meiyuan Light Luxury Hotel.
The service was excellent. From the front desk staff to the breakfast auntie and the cleaners, every single employee was smiling and greeted me warmly, making me feel very welcome. This kind of service attitude is definitely what a hotel should offer.
Most importantly, the hotel excels in hygiene and cleanliness, meeting even the highest standards. The room was clean and tidy overall, the bedding was dry and odorless, and the bathroom was equally clean, fresh, and free of any smells. I especially liked the TOTO toilet in the bathroom; it flushed automatically with strong power and a fast stream without splashing, which is a great feature.
Additionally, the hotel offers free parking, which is very convenient for those traveling by car. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and is highly recommended.

CCathrin. GThe hotel lobby located at Level 5 and the check in/out procedure is fast. Staff at reception are well trained, very efficient and helpful.
The business room that I booked is very spacious, the room is clean and the cleaner will come to do housekeeping such as change all the towels, replenish toiletries in daily basis. Anything you have requested from the staff or maybe you have ordered food delivery, there is a robot to deliver to your room. They supply drinking water in bottle to you everyday. You can request more if needed. Hotel breakfast is good, lots of variety, but they don’t have coffee there.
The opposite of this hotel is shopping mall called Zheng Hua. You can enjoy city walk while staying at this area, downstairs also got a lot of shops selling their local traditional product, restaurant, phamarcy and etc. easy to get transport and the didi will drop you beside the road since hotel entrance is facing to the main road also. overall, I like the atmosphere of this hotel and will definitely come back again if I visit Hohhot in future.

The room is large, the living room 🛋️ is very spacious, equipped with a kitchen and a bar, suitable for long-term stay.
Suggestion: Currently, you need to stand in the bathtub to shower 🚿, and water splashing all over the floor is inevitable. I hope to improve it❤️.

GGuest UserHighly recommended for self-driving travelers! The hotel has its own underground parking, and it's a very short walk to attractions like Dazhao Temple and the Great Mosque. The service is meticulous and thoughtful, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The surrounding area is also very convenient, with a convenience store right outside and an old-brand shaomai (steamed dumpling) shop just a few minutes' walk away. This is my top choice for a stay in Hohhot!

GGuest UserThe heating is very sufficient, the room is also very large, the front desk service is enthusiastic, the cleaning is timely, the parking is in the alley next to the hotel, and most importantly, the location is really good, you can just walk to Dazhao Temple and Kuan Alley! P.S. I stayed on the sixth floor and attached is a photo of the sunset seen from the window. Overall it was great!

GGuest UserFacilities: The facilities felt quite old, and the decor style was a bit dated. Plus, the bathroom had a foul odor, kind of like a sewage smell. I rarely encounter this in chain hotels, so this experience was really disappointing.
Service: I booked two king rooms, but they gave us two family rooms instead (without any prior notification), which was a bit confusing.

The hotel is very clean, and the rooms are quite spacious. The laundry facilities are incredibly convenient, with a large laundry room – it was fantastic! After traveling for over a month, this is definitely one of the hotels I've been most satisfied with.

The front desk service is outstanding – they are warm, polite, proactive, thoughtful, professional, and resolve issues very promptly. The location is super convenient, less than 100 meters from the subway entrance right outside the hotel. It's so convenient! I choose this hotel almost every time I travel because it offers great value for money, and the main reason is the exceptional service from the front desk staff, who are always warm and polite.
