GGuest UserI booked the hotel the night before, and the hotel staff proactively contacted me early the next morning to ask about my arrival time and sent me the dinner menu in advance. The service was very warm and welcoming, and they responded quickly to any requests I made. They even brought two large platters of fruit upon check-in. For such a remote location, the room facilities were quite good, and the experience was excellent. I especially want to highlight the hotel's unparalleled views; seeing the Grand Canyon instantly lifted my spirits. I would definitely come back for a few days if I have the chance; it's a great place to unwind and relax.

GGuest UserThe room is quite good, and the service attitude of the staff is also good. There is only one elevator in the hotel. When there are many people, you have to wait for a long time. Then I really have to complain about the air conditioner in the room. It does not cool at all. It is turned on to 18 degrees room temperature. It’s always 27 degrees! There is also breakfast. Breakfast time is from 7 to 9:30. On the first day, around 8:30, there was nothing to eat. Many lunch boxes were empty. Later, I asked the staff to add some steamed buns. Fried dough sticks and fried chicken tenders! Barely stayed for two nights!

The room is large, the living room 🛋️ is very spacious, equipped with a kitchen and a bar, suitable for long-term stay.
Suggestion: Currently, you need to stand in the bathtub to shower 🚿, and water splashing all over the floor is inevitable. I hope to improve it❤️.

The room is fully equipped with smart devices; the electric curtains and sensor lights are incredibly high-tech, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. It's cleaned impeccably every day; even the carpet is spotless, without a single hair or stain. The subtle, pleasant scent of disinfectant is so reassuring. The front desk, housekeeping, and concierge services are all exceptionally attentive. This level of service deserves five stars!

GGuest UserBefore checking in, I read the reviews and was full of expectations for the hotel's hygiene, facilities, services and breakfast. The hygiene and indoor facilities were well maintained, and my family was very satisfied when they moved in.
But I have to complain about the breakfast and restaurant service! Breakfast is closed at 9:30, which I didn't know in advance, and no one told me when I checked in. I went to the restaurant for dinner at 9:15, and asked to charge the child 34 yuan when I entered the door. The child was just 1.2 meters tall, but when I actually entered the restaurant, most of the dishes were gone. The only things the child could eat were fried eggs and porridge. There were not many left, and the waiter kept reminding me to get some more quickly, and I was about to clean up. In a few minutes, the restaurant was cleared and the lights were turned off.
To be honest, it is rare for a hotel of this level to close breakfast so early, and it is even more difficult to understand that they are still embarrassed to charge the child full fee when there is no food. I don't know if the breakfast is delicious, but I really don't agree with this management method.

DDuoermeThe Qingci Yunchuan Hotel is relatively new. It's situated at the cultural center of the Chilechuan Grassland, where you'll find 'A Grand Horse Celebration,' a must-see performance in Hohhot. However, it's worth noting that this is a man-made grassland developed later; the truly pristine, original Chilechuan alpine grassland is located elsewhere.
The Qingci Yunchuan Hotel is conveniently located right next to the 'A Grand Horse Celebration' performance venue. After watching the show, which finishes at 9:30 PM, we were back in our room within 5 minutes, which was incredibly convenient. The next morning, we took advantage of the cool weather and the absence of crowds to visit the adjacent Chilechuan Grassland Eco-Park. If you go later in the day, you might not even be able to rent an electric scooter to get around.
The hotel's view rooms offer a direct sightline to the racecourse. When there are races, this location is absolutely prime; you can easily watch them from your room or your room's terrace. After booking our room, we proactively contacted hotel staff member Shang Chen. He patiently answered all our questions and even helped us upgrade to a view room. He was incredibly helpful and enthusiastic.
During check-in, every staff member was fantastic. A special shout-out goes to a young lady surnamed Tong, who went out of her way to patiently show us around the room.
Our assigned standard view rooms (505 and 506) were ideally located on the 5th floor. From there, we had an unobstructed view of the racecourse and the vast grassland. The room facilities were new and of good quality, the bedding was comfortable, and we also received complimentary welcome fruits and yogurt. If possible, I highly recommend choosing a room with a terrace on the 5th floor; the view is excellent, and the air circulation is better than in rooms without a terrace.
The breakfast selection was extensive, featuring special milk tea and authentic Mongolian dishes. I particularly recommend the lamb offal soup; it's very traditional and delicious! The hotel's streamlined exterior design is very grand and impressive; it looks stunning under a blue sky, making for great photos. Overall, our stay was extremely satisfying!
