"Location is not the best area in Hohhot, but taxi is cheap in the city so it was not a big issue. What bothered us the most was the fact that the room is “non-smoking” but had obvious smell of smoke when we arrived, and an ashtray (?!) is part of the room amenities. I asked the front if I was put in the wrong room and they said that it was indeed non-smoking but due to the language barrier they could not explain the ashtray well. Besides that, it was OK in terms of cleanliness and the bed was comfortable. The smell faded away from the 2nd night. Staff was also very helpful for fulfilling our requests. I recommend the hotel to remove the ashtray to suggest guests to not smoke. All in all it is a decent accommodation for what you pay for."

"Not far from the Inner Mongolia Museum, the hotel room decor was cozy and inviting. They offered complimentary fruit and beverages, and the late-night snack service was a thoughtful touch, with staff on-site to prepare noodles. The breakfast spread was excellent, featuring milk tea, freshly steamed shaomai, and noodles, among other things. I'd definitely want to stay here again next time I visit Hohhot."

The front desk lady was incredibly enthusiastic, smiling throughout the check-in process, and even proactively introduced the hotel's free breakfast times and local dining guides. The room was sparkling clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the pillow height was perfect for someone like me with a sensitive neck. The wet and dry separation in the bathroom was well-done, and the toiletries had a faint woody scent that left my hair feeling incredibly smooth after washing. The biggest surprise was returning to the room at night to find that housekeeping had quietly left two extra bottles of mineral water and a handwritten note reminding me to stay warm due to the temperature drop – such attention to detail really touched my heart! The hotel's location is also very convenient, just a ten-minute walk to the subway station, with convenience stores and pharmacies all around. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit this city, and I've already recommended it to friends who are coming for business trips!"

"Having stayed at numerous hotels in Hohhot, this is truly the first one that genuinely impressed me. The hotel facilities are very new, the lobby design is distinctive, and the staff's service attitude is excellent. The room design is thoughtful, exuding a subtle sense of luxury throughout. It's also adorned with artwork featuring unique Inner Mongolian characteristics, creating just the right regional ambiance. It avoids the monotonous feel of chain hotels and the aloofness of older luxury establishments; instead, it makes you feel warm and at ease, like returning home. From the color scheme and lighting to the overall layout and decor, it clearly caters to a younger aesthetic, making for a very comfortable stay. The shower's temperature control is very user-friendly, which is a definite plus. The hotel's location is also very convenient, close to Hohhot's unique attractions, and right outside a subway station, making transportation incredibly hassle-free. The only minor drawbacks are that the hotel is right next to an elevated highway, so traffic noise is quite noticeable. Additionally, the overall soundproofing is average, allowing sounds from the hallway to be heard in the room, which can slightly affect rest. Overall, it was a stay that exceeded my expectations. I hope the hotel can improve the soundproofing in the future; I believe the experience would then be even more perfect."

"On a business trip to Hohhot, I chose this place mainly because of the convenient parking. The large courtyard has plenty of parking spaces, which is super friendly for drivers. The room is equipped with a Hansgrohe shower, providing a comfortable water flow and stable temperature. The smart assistant controls the lights and curtains quite responsively. The soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a restful sleep. The front desk service was attentive; they noticed I was on the phone during check-in and slowed down their speaking pace. The self-service laundry room is a highlight – the washing machines are clean, and you can dry your clothes immediately after washing, which is a lifesaver for managing clothes while traveling. The breakfast offers everything you need, and the milk tea and shao mai are just as good as those found outside."

"Traveling with family, we booked three rooms. The lobby was welcoming, offering tea and fruit. However, upon exiting the elevator on our floor, there was a strange odor, which became even stronger inside the rooms. We were told it was due to recent cleaning. I opted to switch rooms, but the new room still had a lingering bathroom smell, likely because the bathroom's glass partition connects to the main room. I even opened coffee packets in the room to try and absorb the smell. While the glass design is nice, it's not practical when you need to use the bathroom at night as the light can be quite harsh. Also, there was no bath mat after showering. My room faced a row of air conditioning units outside, which produced a noticeable humming sound. Ultimately, I had to use an air freshener from my car to get rid of the persistent odd smell in the bathroom. They also didn't have any key cards available, stating it was due to peak season and a shortage. I hope the hotel makes some improvements."
