The price didn't increase much during the holiday season, and the quality remained consistent with great service. The breakfast spread was extensive, featuring local specialties like 'beizi' (baked flatbreads), lamb offal soup, and milk tea. The large parking lot also made parking very convenient.

WaiyayayalichirouThe main draw of this hotel is its excellent location, right by Saishang Old Street and close to several temples. I particularly liked the tea-drinking area in the room, and they even provided complimentary afternoon tea. It was perfect for coming back for a drink and relaxing after exploring Saishang Old Street. We booked a king room, which was over 400 yuan a night without breakfast. However, there are many small restaurants just outside, and we enjoyed trying a different one each day, all with good food. The downsides were that the shower water kept fluctuating between hot and cold, and the parking lot is shared. While 10 yuan a day isn't expensive, other hotels usually offer free private parking, and here you have to queue if there are many tourists.

ShahebuermurongchenxueThis hotel boasts a good location, very close to the subway station, and right next to Wanda Plaza and a pedestrian street, making shopping and dining easily accessible. However, it's a bit of a distance from landmarks like Dazhao Temple and Kuan Alley. The hotel's decor is quite unique, both classic and ethnic, creating a tranquil atmosphere despite being in a bustling area. The bathroom facilities in the rooms are also quite spacious.
On the downside, the front desk staff didn't seem particularly welcoming. The sink and mirror in the room are offset, which made washing up and applying makeup a bit awkward. Most importantly, basic beverages like tea bags and coffee are not provided by default in the room; you have to specifically request them from the front desk. After I used a teacup on the first day, the cleaning staff didn't wash or replace it. Also, delivery personnel were able to directly access the guest room floors. These are standard amenities and services even in many budget hotels, so I'm not sure why they seem to be considered 'premium' here!

Anonymous UserNot worth the value. ESP, if you don’t plan to travel with your own car.
Lack of amenities, food, and transportation. Hotel was unable to find a transport for us that left us stranded, we had to find our own way out as it was located within the National park -private area . Food was supposed to be pre-ordered, we tried to add some extra dishes more than 5 hours before dinner, still cannot be arranged for. They arranged a private dining area for our family, however did not clean up from previous guests, there were storage of old chairs and tissue paper lying around.
Hotel has no other facilities apart from the room itself and the cafe. No pool, spa/sauna or facilitators
Overall the room and view was nice, but it can be accessible without the stay.

We stayed for three nights in total, and the overall experience was great. For the first two nights, since the standard rooms were fully booked, we opted for a queen room. On the third day, the hotel upgraded us to a family room, which was much bigger and our child absolutely loved it. The ladies at the front desk were incredibly patient with both check-ins and answering our questions. The cleanliness was impressive; we felt very comfortable staying there. Breakfast was also good, with a variety of vegetables and fruits, plus freshly cooked noodles, so there was plenty of choice. The location is very convenient, with many dining options nearby. Chain restaurants serving shaomai and Mongolian cuisine are just a few minutes' walk away, and it's also very easy to get a taxi to various attractions. Excellent value for money!

Guest UserFacilities: Relatively new, built in '24.
Hygiene: As always, Atour maintains its high standards of cleanliness.
Service: The front desk staff were very easy to communicate with. They were quick to deliver anything I needed and also helped with a late check-out.
Environment: Conveniently located near a subway station with easy transportation, and there are large shopping malls nearby.

lienesadventuresThere were a few frustrating issues with our stay here. First off, the property is in a neighborhood that is accessed through a guarded gate. Hotel instructions after booking said to reach out to them to inquire about car parking and accessibility. I e-mailed the hotel a week prior and didn't hear back. I e-mailed again 2 days before our stay and did not receive a response. That was already frustrating. Once we arrived at the guard gate on the day of the check-in, the guard ordered us to drive away. He had absolutely no interest in even looking at our reservation or helping. The least helpful person we have met in China so far, he just basically yelled at us. I ended up having to walk to the hotel, where a staff member had to phone the guard to eventually let us in. Overall, this was a totally wasted, frustrating hour. Once we got assigned a room, it was evident a large dog had stayed there for several days. The room smelled very bad, which even the staff member agreed with. So, we had to ask for a room change. The new room was ok - the bed was nice and soft, however it lacked in some cleanliness (toothpaste splashes on the bathroom mirror etc.). The staff was definitely nice and tried their best to rectify all the issues, however, we would probably choose another hotel in the future. Not the 4* experience one would hope for.

The decoration of the hotel environment is particularly good, that is, it is not soundproof, the low-frequency sound of the air conditioner outside the air conditioner in the middle of the night is particularly obvious, and the corridor is not soundproof

Guest UserOur overall stay was fantastic! The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and responsive to all our needs. The room facilities were new and well-equipped, and the smart devices worked perfectly. The bathroom had excellent water pressure, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. Everything was well-maintained with no signs of wear and tear. This will definitely be our top choice for accommodation when we travel again!

Guest UserThe hotel boasts high-end decor and excellent cleanliness, with a superb location right by the racecourse. It feels grand and impressive.
However, my stay wasn't as comfortable as I'd hoped. First, my room was quite a trek from the lobby, easily 50-60 meters away. Second, the pillows were all incredibly high; all four provided were the same, offering no softer alternative, which led to a restless night. Third, the toilet wasn't smart, and the toilet paper holder was awkwardly placed behind it, feeling a bit outdated. Fourth, the staff seemed accustomed to serving VIPs; for regular guests like us, they were rather cold and unresponsive. They'd only answer direct questions, and when I asked about breakfast, they didn't volunteer information about the hours or where it was served, which almost caused me to miss it. Most hotels serve until 10 AM, but here it's 9:30 AM.
