Traveling with my child during the summer for the first time in Inner Mongolia, I unexpectedly had to work overtime, pulling all-nighters and dealing with travel fatigue, which led to a bout of acute enteritis. Thankfully, I chose this hotel. Both the facilities and services are excellent, especially the staff – they are incredibly thoughtful and enthusiastic. They truly consider guests' needs, from recommending dining and entertainment to helping with extending my stay, it was very comforting. The room was also very comfortable; my child and I slept until almost noon, getting some much-needed rest. Thumbs up! 👍

I really enjoyed the charming courtyard setting; it felt very cozy and comfortable to stay in. We drove all the way from Ulanqab, and as we planned to visit Lvshuiliang the next day, we searched for nearby options and booked this guesthouse. It's a traditional rural-style courtyard, very clean and well-maintained. There weren't many other guests, and the room amenities were quite comprehensive.

The room was spotless, and the soundproofing was excellent. Breakfast was incredibly rich and varied; the lamb shaomai was particularly authentic, and the lamb offal soup was absolutely delicious – highly recommend both! What truly stood out was the genuine and professional service team. From the warm milk the housekeeping auntie discreetly replenished daily to the help with planning my travel itinerary, every little detail exuded a heartwarming, 'home-like' feeling. Upon check-out, the front desk even gave me a souvenir gift, a thoughtful gesture that instantly melted away any travel fatigue. Xin Cheng Hotel isn't just a place to rest; it's a living cultural museum. It tells stories through its architecture, conveys local charm through its cuisine, and embodies warmth through its service. It allows every guest to experience the vastness and gentleness of Hohhot amidst the hustle and bustle. I will definitely be back again. Highly recommended!

After a tiring 4-day trip exploring the grasslands and museums with my child, I specifically requested a non-smoking room when booking. However, upon opening the door, we were hit with a strong smell of smoke. To prevent my child from inhaling secondhand smoke, I couldn't even let them sit down and rest throughout our stay. I called the front desk multiple times, but they just kept telling me to wait. The exhaustion from traveling combined with this frustrating experience made me quite agitated at the time. I want to especially thank the duty manager, Yang Yang. After receiving my feedback, he quickly came to assist, promptly arranging a room change, and tirelessly coordinating everything. He patiently calmed my nerves and ensured a smooth transition for the rest of our stay, resolving all the unpleasant issues. He turned what could have been a terrible experience into a comfortable and reassuring one. His service was both professional and heartwarming.

We arrived at night more bumpy, the road was raining, the hotel was a little difficult to find. But it still arrived smoothly. The store is still very enthusiastic and patient to solve the problem for us. I booked a mountain view room. The store turned on the heating in advance and was very careful. Because we couldn't see the road at night, it rained again and we changed to the room on the first floor. The heating in the room was particularly strong and there was no winter feeling at all. It was very warm and it was good to wear pajamas and not cover the quilt. The cooperative coffee shop also made us a delicious hot curry rice. Also sent sweet cakes. Like the store. The next morning, my daughter and I walked in the small village. Wow, the blue sky was bright and the clouds were clear, the leaves were transparent and red. Under the blue sky and green mountains, the beauty was really comfortable, and the air of Qingxin was so comfortable. It is a scenery that the city does not have, and the value is coming. There is no small piece of paper on the clean ground of the village, and the asphalt road that is washed after the rain is very clean. It is completely different from the road outside and it is really comfortable. A rare small village. It is a cultural creative park, so beautiful. This time I feel very good, the shower room has no floor towels, and the hygiene is better. Very good hotel is recommended.
