Amazing
妗妗2We stayed in a family room with a balcony. It was clean, and we had a fantastic sea view right from our window. I was particularly pleased that the room was well-lit and not dim at all. The staff were incredibly helpful and patient; they assisted us with ordering fried chicken delivery, calling taxis, and answering questions about local attractions. This was a huge help in overcoming our language barrier. The only downside was the bathroom. It only had a single rail for towels, and the space for shower gel was tiny. There was nowhere else to put anything – toothbrushes and cups had to sit directly on the sink, which got quite wet. With no shelf or hooks, it was really inconvenient for washing up and removing makeup. However, overall, it was a very good stay. The location was excellent too, just a one-minute walk to Jagalchi subway station. There's also a convenience store nearby, making shopping very easy.

AAnonymous UserLocation was good as there is a connection bridge between the accommodation and Busan station. The unit was very clean and comfortable with good kitchen and laundry facilities in the unit. The staff were very friendly and replies promptly on WhatsApp, and supported with the luggage storage

EExpatI really like this hotel. The staff on the 12th floor was absolutely amazing. One thing to note about this particular hotel is that holidays have very strict rules in that there are no special requests. One thing I did not like is the fact that they wanted to take down a credit card number when I checked in even though I’m using trip.com. I understand that there are not special requests and checkout times are not very flexible during holidays, though I do feel the fact that I could not use the swimming pool on the day of checkout after my checkout time of 11 AM was unreasonable. Because I had a late flight going back to Shanghai, I felt it would’ve been more appropriate to allow me to use the pool after I checked out so I could utilize my time at the hotel a little bit better. There is an alternative terrace for people who smoke cigarettes. there are some room rooms which allow pets, and I think my room was treated well considering that. The air conditioner goes directly onto the bed, so maybe I had to get up a couple of times to turn it off or on. The room was very clean and comfortable. Although there was not a luggage rack, I was able to make it work in terms of the seating area in the room. The view from the hotel room was really nice because you could see the train station. The walking distance to the bus stop was good. I don’t understand those little call-girl cards at the entrance, but I think that’s just part of Busan. The hotel had nearby bus service and the train station was only 350 m away next to the bus stop. The view from the pool was beautiful even though there’s a lot of buildings in the process of development. the buildings under construction had their lights on at night so it made everything really pretty and photogenic. The food was delicious, though I do think it was a little bit overpriced. I do appreciate the free perfume and feel the breakfast was tastey as well. I would actually stay there again because of the price and hope that they can expand their luggage storage area so the lobby looks a little bit more inviting.

GGuest UserRight from the start, all the staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly. They explained everything from room details to breakfast hours and menu, and even local attractions, all with a warm smile. As expected, the room was spotless, and the view was great. You can smoke on the terrace, and there's plenty of space to enjoy takeout food as well. I stayed for 3 consecutive nights, and if I had more time, I would have loved to stay longer. I would absolutely love to come back!

MM266278****Right outside the hotel is a bus stop, which we used frequently, making getting around incredibly convenient. It's also not far from the subway station, and the surrounding area has a wide variety of shops. The hotel itself is very clean, and the staff are friendly. The only thing to note, which is different from China, is that they don't provide toothbrushes and toothpaste. However, there's a vending machine at the hotel where you can buy them, and a convenience store right next door also sells them.

GGuest UserWell located beside the ktx station and walking distance to busan metro with many food options around it. Room is huge and bed is comfy, friendly staffs too with good parking space ard the hotel Hotel has 1 washing machine and dryer.. probably only suitable for small load as we encountered error.. Maybe can update instructions to the latest model / add English instructions :D Overall. A very good stay still.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the beach and has the sea view. These were two important requests for me. The room is big enough. The breakfast is ok but we preferred to eat out. They took out the trash every day and made a bed once, it was all about cleaning. They do not renew shower detergents. The receptionist is welcoming and speaks English well. And again, the area is perfect for tourism and go to the beach. There is a laundry room there in the B2 floor.

GGuest UserThe good - clean room - very comfortable bed and bedding - great sound proofing within the hotel - great if you’re going out all day The bad - I stayed 4 days and there was only 1x housekeeping. I was told this on check in. But this was not on the booking details. You have to inform them before 1pm each day. - a semi wet bathroom - facing the main road, you can hear the vehicles (I was on the 7th floor) - toiletries are not provided and need to be purchased from vending machine (not a problem but should be listed on booking) - other than Nampo, and Jalgachi seafood market. There’s not much around, and it’s quite far from everything else in Busan. - I asked for an extra pillow 1 night, and the front desk said “house keeping has closed for the day”. Ok even if that’s the case, surely they can go into the store room themselves to get me an extra pillow. I wasn’t asking for them to clean or anything. - this weird vending machine looking thing was also on my counter and it didn’t even work. No clue what it’s for.

GGuest UserThis hotel provides the basic amenities that you will need. The hotel was more like a boutique hotel located along a restaurant district. It provides good access to the subway and the grand Lotte mall. Unlike what people had commented, the hotel was easy to locate. We were greeted by a beautiful row of cherry blossom trees the week of our stay. The owner of the hotel was very responsive to our needs and gave us what we needed to make our stay comfortable. We had difficulty trying to hang out clothes or bath towels in the bathroom as there are no hanging bars or hooks. There is also no shower curtain so do request for more floor towels to prevent the water from getting to other areas of the bathroom. The host had found a side table for us to use in the bathroom. A point to note is that you would need to climb a flight of stairs to get to your room. The owner was very kind to help us carry our luggage to our room. The hotel is not for the fussy. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.
