KKaKa0330The owner is so kind! She upgraded our room to one with a window view. The cleaning staff were also very polite. The entire B&B is incredibly photogenic; you can take stunning pictures just about anywhere. It's clear the owner has a unique and stylish taste. The natural, minimalist design with wood and stone elements is very comfortable, and I absolutely loved taking a nap in the room. When we checked out, they gave us a small gift, and there's bottled water available next to the elevator for guests to take. The stir-fried dishes at breakfast were super delicious, though it's a shame I missed them on the last day because I had to catch an early high-speed train. I hope to book this place again next time I visit Luoyang.

3300052****The breakfast was plentiful, and the room, originally an Atour, was very comfortable and modern. What truly stood out was that I accidentally left my LV wallet in the room after checking out, which contained over 1000 cash. The cleaning staff showed incredible integrity, and the hotel's management is clearly top-notch. Within an hour of checking out, I received a call from the front desk notifying me about my lost item. I hope the hotel recognizes the housekeeping staff for their honesty and for upholding such a commendable spirit. Thank you!

GGuest UserOut of the three hotels we stayed at during our trip to Xi'an and Luoyang (a four-star chain, a five-star, and Yinju Luoyi), Yinju Luoyi was by far the best experience.
The hotel's location is excellent; we could walk to Lijing Gate, Yingtian Gate, and Tiantang Mingtang, making sightseeing incredibly convenient. What impressed us most was the service – every staff member was exceptionally warm and thoughtful. The front desk even proactively upgraded our room after learning we were traveling with a child, which made our stay even more comfortable.
The room was spacious and bright, with new and spotless facilities. The air conditioning could switch between hot and cold air, which was especially useful in the chilly weather. Besides the free afternoon tea and fan DIY activity mentioned during booking, the hotel also provided many thoughtful small gifts. Next to the elevator on the first floor, there were complimentary sodas and warm mineral water available, and being able to grab warm water anytime in March was truly heartwarming.
Our child particularly loved the breakfast prepared by the auntie in the restaurant. On the day we left, he was sad for quite a while because he wouldn't be able to have her breakfast anymore. When we asked him what he liked most about the trip after returning home, he unhesitatingly said, 'The auntie in the restaurant.'
Without a doubt, Yinju Luoyi has become our top choice for our next visit to Luoyang.

MM477089****The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the subway station, making it very convenient for reaching the business district. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was just the right softness, so even after pulling an all-nighter for a project, I didn't feel tired. The front desk service was very thoughtful; they proactively helped upgrade my room and offered free printing. The only minor drawback was the slightly limited breakfast selection, but the taste was good. Overall, it's great value for money, and I'll definitely choose it again for my next business trip.

GGebixiaowang-The room had a strange odor, and the air freshener was overpowering, so I wouldn't recommend it for anyone sensitive to smells. Additionally, the hotel staff at the front desk were negligent. After we switched rooms due to the smell that evening, they told us the new room was cheaper than what we booked and that we'd get a refund for the difference. However, when checking out the next day, they said the refund would come from Ctrip. Right after leaving the hotel, I called and was told that the room we stayed in was actually the one we originally booked. Their statements were inconsistent; they couldn't even confirm the room type clearly throughout the night. To then say after we'd left that there would be no refund is completely unacceptable.

BBenpaodetuziThis was my second stay at this hotel. Atour consistently lives up to its high standards. I opted for a room facing the residential area, and it was wonderfully quiet. The hotel boasts a convenient location with excellent transport links and plenty of dining options nearby. It's also close to the Luoyang Municipal Government building and the high-speed rail station. The breakfast spread was quite varied and substantial. Their signature honey black tea was delicious – a definite highlight! Upon checkout, they even gifted me a few packets of Atour's own black tea bags, which were surprisingly good. The service was exceptionally thoughtful and courteous. Oh, and the arowana fish in the front desk aquarium was absolutely stunning!

SShiyiyingThe hotel gave us a gift of fruit yogurt when we checked in. There was ice lemon water in the lobby, and there was also a rubbing experience booth where children could try it. The surrounding area is a new building, so parking is convenient, but it may be a bit inconvenient to get to various attractions (if you are not driving). The window of the room we stayed in on the first night faced the viaduct, and the noise of cars and people talking on the road at night kept me awake all night. The next day, they helped us change the room, which was much better. The service was good, and the room was also suitable for practicing calligraphy.

GGuest UserThe room was quite small; once the two beds were in, there was barely any space left. The entire courtyard was tiny, just two small sections, not much to explore. It's located in a traffic-controlled area, so taxis or private cars can't get there directly. You have to go to a designated spot and take the hotel's shuttle bus.
However, it's super convenient for Longmen Grottoes – only 300 meters from the entrance, so you can just walk there.

GGuest UserVery nice hotel with a variety of amenities and big lobby, including breakfast (we did not opt for it though). The location was great on s main street and close to restaurants, pharmacy, vegetable & fruit market, great candy & snack store, bakery, many Hanfu (汉服) stores, buses and metro. The staff was gracious and professional, they worked as a team to process our registration and on any questions we asked. Next door is the Tang Palace Xing Yi Fang Banquest with Show location, convenient to the hotel 2 minute walk. The bathroom is a shower toilet combination (at most, 3 feet x 5 feet), common among hotels in China. The single queen size bed was soft and comfortable, with jumbo fluffy pillows, clean crispy high grade sheets. The room felt tight since space was also allotted for a step-up area for a floor-height tea ceremony table, which we did not use and almost felt like an unnecessary room feature. I felt cleaning services could have improved, but acceptable to most guests. The laundry room had a few free washers and a few dryers with detergent and the exercise room seemed to be a former hotel room (we did not use either). Overall, I recommend this hotel because of its comfort, location and convenience to tourists locations.

Cleanliness: Spotless and thorough.
Environment: Good, transportation is fairly convenient, though it's a bit of a distance from Yingtian Gate, haha.
Service: Very attentive and caring, especially the manager, who was friendly and enthusiastic. We stayed for three days and got to know them well; they accommodated all our requests, thumbs up! 👍
Additionally, the second floor offers mutton hotpot dining service during the day, which is very convenient. If you haven't had a chance to eat by the time you return to the hotel in the evening, there are dishes available to order, making it very worry-free!
