GGuest UserUpon arriving the hotel the checking took over 15 mins. As for foreigner they need to photo copy passports and input information manually. The air conditioner was very weak and only couple of degree lower than the outside at 85 degrees Fahrenheit, very warm. Our room all had an odor that we couldn’t pin point. But no Pleasant, and would only subside after lowering the room temperature to 23 Celsius. Second day of our day I realize that my retainer was missing from my case and looks everywhere inside my room and later notified the front desk of the missing item. They denied ever touching my case and insisted that I have misplaced my own item. Long story short it’s still missing.

The interior furnishings are simple and elegant, and the overall design style is indeed quite good. The breakfast varieties are basically made of seasonal ingredients, and the cooking method is healthy and delicious. The toiletries are attentive and sophisticated. The only drawback is that the room was upgraded without prior communication, but it did not match the needs.

GGuest UserThe service was excellent. I arrived just after 9 AM, and they were able to check me in right away, several hours ahead of schedule. The evening congee was also quite good. The laundry service was also excellent; even though it's officially self-service, if you leave your dirty clothes in the laundry room, the staff will proactively wash, dry, and return them to your room. The location is also great; in the evening, you can take a 5-minute walk to Peony Bridge to admire the night view of the Luo River.

AAliangziABefore I even arrived, I'd heard so much about the Christine Hotel in Luoyang. They say the service here is top-notch, truly the best in the hotel industry. Honestly, I've stayed in many star-rated hotels, and I've heard the term 'top-notch' tossed around countless times, usually an exaggeration. But this time, I can confidently say that the service at Christine Hotel Luoyang is absolutely well-deserved! From check-in to check-out, it was meticulously thoughtful, to the point where it almost felt embarrassing! For example, upon arrival, there wasn't just welcome fruit, but also a welcome meal, and it was unlimited! Turn-down service, laundry service, room service, and even during housekeeping, they noticed I brought a toothbrush and thoughtfully placed a toothbrush holder. When they saw me wearing glasses returning to the hotel, a service attendant even brought me a glasses cloth. All the staff's smiles and attitudes made me feel truly at home and that every request would be met! And there's one more thing I absolutely have to mention: I accidentally lost my necklace and couldn't find it anywhere, no matter how long I searched. To my astonishment, the hotel returned it to me! They said it was found in the hotel lobby, and after checking surveillance footage, they confirmed it was me who lost it. I was truly dumbfounded; I had given up all hope of finding it, and yet, it was returned! Overall, I absolutely must give it a five-star recommendation. The service here even surpasses a five-star rating! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

GGuest UserComing from Xi'an, where I frequently take my family to 5-star hot spring hotels like Angsana in Lintong and those in Tai Bai Mountain Tang Town, we're certainly no strangers to hot spring accommodations. However, I never expected to discover such a fantastic hot spring hotel here in Luoyang. The stay was incredibly comfortable, the breakfast was exquisite, and our butler was exceptionally attentive, providing impeccable care and service. They even arranged transfers for us wherever we needed to go. We just returned today, and I'm already planning another visit next month! This wonderful place has truly made Luoyang feel much closer, making it perfect for a short two-day weekend getaway. Whether it's soaking in the hot springs, swimming in the infinity pool, or enjoying the delicious and refined breakfast, these are truly unparalleled choices for a weekend escape! Once again, many thanks to the hotel for such a wonderful experience, and special gratitude to our butler for their care and attention to my family. Looking forward to our next stay!

GGuest UserThe best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Everything was absolutely perfect. The decor is beautiful and stylish, and the entire hotel is extremely clean. The staff speaks a bit of English, but most importantly, they were incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to assist us. They arranged our transfers to and from the train station, booked a restaurant for us by calling in Chinese, and even helped us organize a private driver for a day trip — everything was perfectly taken care of! We also had dinner at the hotel, and it was delicious, with impeccable service. Breakfast was amazing too, with a huge variety of high-quality options. Truly, compliments to the entire team — highly recommended!

It is on the same side of the mountain as the Buddha. It is the first choice for night tours of Longmen Grottoes. If you stay in the scenic area, you need to be picked up by a battery car. The front desk notified the car and it came to pick you up quickly. It was an accommodation experience that exceeded expectations. I have recommended it to my friends.

The breakfast is only provided on the first day of the reservation, and there is no breakfast for subsequent stays. However, I joined the tour group early on the second day and did not have breakfast. The only drawback is that there is only one charging socket by the bed.

IIsmahani SayutiThe location is very close to luoyi ancient city, less than 5 mins walk. When we arrived, the boss pickup us at cross road due to small alley so our driver cannot drop us directly. Boss is very nice even though we do not understanding Chinese. We communicate via translator apps. Breakfast is provided but we woke up late 😂😂 so the kitchen is closed already. But it’s okay tho because when we asked for extended check out, the boss kindly offer no further fee. We explore luoyi ancient city (5min walking), lijing gate (10min via DiDi) and yingtianmen (18min via DiDi). The room is very modern look and using smart system. The lock also using auto lock so no worries for break enter. The bed and pillow so soft we sleep soundly. There is auto lighting at the mirror in the bathroom which is very nice for makeup. There is small courtyard outside room which is very aesthetic. Overall nice environment and experience. Very recommended for foreigners like us.
