GGuest UserCleanliness: Tidy and spotless, the environment is quite nice. It's close to attractions and offers great value for money, highly recommended! 👍🏻 There's a small courtyard which is very cozy. The front desk staff was friendly and even walked us to the entrance of the scenic area.

GGuest UserI stayed for three nights. The hotel is located within the Tongtuo Muyu scenic area, which is small and not yet officially open, so there aren't many tourists, mostly local residents. The room was spacious, with the famous Chan River visible from the window. The windows were well-sealed; once closed, you couldn't hear the sound of the water. You can control the lights and curtains by voice, which is great for winter. The breakfast selection was rich, and the old lamb soup with bread (paomo) comes highly recommended (you need to go to the restaurant to eat it yourself). Both the staff and the cat were incredibly welcoming; the cat would even follow me to my room and actively ask for scratches. A small suggestion: the blue light on the smart toilet seat was a bit bright at night, and I couldn't figure out how to turn it off.

3300052****The breakfast was plentiful, and the room, originally an Atour, was very comfortable and modern. What truly stood out was that I accidentally left my LV wallet in the room after checking out, which contained over 1000 cash. The cleaning staff showed incredible integrity, and the hotel's management is clearly top-notch. Within an hour of checking out, I received a call from the front desk notifying me about my lost item. I hope the hotel recognizes the housekeeping staff for their honesty and for upholding such a commendable spirit. Thank you!

LLasingThis hotel is super close to Mudan Bridge Metro Station, right outside the door, making it really convenient to get around. Of course, taxis in Luoyang are cheap; it only took 5 minutes by taxi to get to Luoyang Museum from the hotel. The hotel itself is very new, and the service was excellent. Any issues we had were resolved quickly. When we checked out and were waiting for our ride in the lobby, they even brought us warm bottled water, which was a lovely touch. Although it's next to a main road, it wasn't noisy at all at night. The beef noodle soup right outside the hotel is also delicious. If you walk through the underpass, there's a small local market in the residential area behind it, offering a glimpse into the everyday life of the locals.

XXuanxuan520Staying at the Luoyang Huamao Chunsong Hotel was such a pleasant surprise! The Sui and Tang dynasty-inspired design is elegant and perfect for photos. It's super close to Longmen High-Speed Railway Station, just a 10-minute walk away, and they even offer complimentary one-way transfers to/from Luoyang Station, Longmen Station, and the airport – just book in advance for a hassle-free experience. The room was spacious and clean, equipped with a bathtub, and there's a gym and laundry room available. The breakfast spread was excellent, featuring authentic Luoyang beef soup. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and there's a concierge on duty 24/7. The service is truly thoughtful, making this a hidden gem for anyone staying in Luoyang!

AAnonymous UserNot far from the high-speed rail station, the room layout is quite unique, and the night view is excellent. It's spacious enough for two people to stay without bothering each other. The hot spring, in particular, is very clean; I didn't expect it to be a natural hot spring! The service is also superb, with staff frequently checking if the water temperature is comfortable. Apparently, they're building an outdoor hot spring in the courtyard of the capsule rooms soon, which sounds very promising.

MMatthew Thomas RyanFantastic hotel to stay at if you'd like to see the Grottoes. It is 500m from the entrance, and just at the end of the beautiful bridge area. We booked the Family Suite and it was a huge apartment with plenty of room and a very nice outdoor balcony. The staff were helpful and friendly and they provided a free car to the high speed rail at the end. Absolutely recommend.

AAorionWe had a nice stay, the room was very clean and the bed very spacious. The bathroom was well equipped and quite clean, although there were a few footprints on the floor. Moreover you can hear the outside too much and it gets quite noisy at night and in the morning. Also, the location of the hotel is good because it is close to the train station, but the neighborhood itself is not very nice. Also, you should note that smoking is permitted in the hotel, so the smell gets pretty strong sometimes.

IIsmahani SayutiThe location is very close to luoyi ancient city, less than 5 mins walk. When we arrived, the boss pickup us at cross road due to small alley so our driver cannot drop us directly. Boss is very nice even though we do not understanding Chinese. We communicate via translator apps. Breakfast is provided but we woke up late 😂😂 so the kitchen is closed already. But it’s okay tho because when we asked for extended check out, the boss kindly offer no further fee. We explore luoyi ancient city (5min walking), lijing gate (10min via DiDi) and yingtianmen (18min via DiDi). The room is very modern look and using smart system. The lock also using auto lock so no worries for break enter. The bed and pillow so soft we sleep soundly. There is auto lighting at the mirror in the bathroom which is very nice for makeup. There is small courtyard outside room which is very aesthetic. Overall nice environment and experience. Very recommended for foreigners like us.
