GGuest UserThe room was great, and my dorm mates were all very quiet. The common area is separate from the sleeping quarters, so singing karaoke there won't disturb anyone. The common area also has hot water, daily free drinks, and even mahjong. It's located in a bustling area, not far from the subway or tourist attractions, and the neighborhood feels safe. The female toilets and showers are separate, which I really appreciate. This is definitely one of my favorite hostels.

3300052****The breakfast was plentiful, and the room, originally an Atour, was very comfortable and modern. What truly stood out was that I accidentally left my LV wallet in the room after checking out, which contained over 1000 cash. The cleaning staff showed incredible integrity, and the hotel's management is clearly top-notch. Within an hour of checking out, I received a call from the front desk notifying me about my lost item. I hope the hotel recognizes the housekeeping staff for their honesty and for upholding such a commendable spirit. Thank you!

The feeling of comforting warmth permeated the entire stay. Every day upon returning, the room was sparkling clean, and this extreme tidiness instantly melted away any travel fatigue. It was consistently a comfortable and refreshing experience.

SShuijiaohuanghouI booked this hotel for my parents, and they were absolutely delighted. It's conveniently located near all the major attractions, and getting around by taxi or subway is super easy. The service was top-notch, truly. I chose Christine after reading so many glowing reviews, and it definitely paid off! My parents couldn't stop praising the staff, saying every single employee they encountered was warm, friendly, and incredibly polite: from the lobby manager, concierge, and front desk, to the housekeeping staff, restaurant crew, and even the driver who took them to the station – every single one was just wonderful. Such a hotel culture and management level is truly impressive! On top of that, the breakfast and afternoon tea were incredibly rich and delicious. Next time we're in Luoyang, we're definitely staying here again!

AAzeyoueleHuge shoutout to Mr. Duan, the hotel's security guard! After checking out and walking to the parking lot, I found my car sparkling clean, all thanks to him. It was covered in dust when I arrived, so seeing it gleaming like new really took me by surprise. The note the hotel left on the car mentioned 'warm companionship' for our journey, and for the first time ever, it didn't feel like an empty platitude. I truly felt it in my heart. Thanks to Mr. Duan for starting my day off on such a positive note!

1❌ Bad review: The auntie at the noodle station during breakfast didn't say a word, didn't answer guests' questions about the types of noodles, and was very rude?! Let alone a supposed five-star hotel, she didn't even offer a basic greeting. Is she a mute or disabled employee they hired???
Breakfast: For a hotel designed for over 250 rooms, the dining area is spacious enough and the food selection is rich, but compared to the room rate of nearly 600, the value for money is just so-so.

The location is also fantastic, right next to the entrance of the Longmen Grottoes scenic area, which is easily walkable. This made sightseeing worry-free and prevented us from getting lost. ZZJwjp1965I stayed at the Huayang International Hotel in April 2017 when I came to Luoyang to see the peonies, and I was very impressed: excellent service, and the food on the second floor was fantastic (especially the braised carp, it was so delicious)... So when I returned to Luoyang, I chose the Huayang International Hotel again. Time has passed, and I can understand that the door frames in the room show some wear and tear. The receptionist at the front desk was very friendly and asked me to select 21 kinds of fruit (complimentary from the hotel), saying they would be delivered to my room in 40 minutes. I carefully made my selections, but to my surprise, a plate of fruit arrived less than 5 minutes after I got to my room. After unwrapping it and counting carefully, if you count each small tomato as one type, there were only about 12 varieties – nowhere near 21. I hadn't even checked 'pear,' so it seemed like this fruit was already prepared beforehand. I mentioned it to the front desk when I went out, and when I returned to my room before dinner, another plate was delivered, making it 21 varieties. However, aside from the bananas and small tomatoes, which were acceptable, the apples and nectarines tasted terrible – sour and astringent. I took one bite and had to throw them away, which was a waste and a shame. I suggest the hotel avoids playing number games and instead focuses on providing a few genuinely good-tasting fruits. Is that so hard? The room's cleanliness was excellent. For dinner, I wanted to order the braised Yellow River carp on the second floor, but I was told it needed to be reserved in advance and that all the carp were 4-5 jin (2-2.5 kg). There were only two of us; could we possibly finish a 4-5 jin fish? The next evening, I had a braised Yellow River carp, about 2 jin, at a small restaurant near Yingtiangate. Around 4 PM on my second day, a lovely staff member delivered a hand-drawn map of Luoyang's attractions. It showed the hotel's thoughtfulness, but wasn't it a bit late to deliver? The breakfast was quite abundant; the scallion pancakes were fragrant and tasty, but the beef pancakes were just average. The complimentary shuttle service to the high-speed train station was a thoughtful touch.

Cleanliness: Spotless and thorough.
Environment: Good, transportation is fairly convenient, though it's a bit of a distance from Yingtian Gate, haha.
Service: Very attentive and caring, especially the manager, who was friendly and enthusiastic. We stayed for three days and got to know them well; they accommodated all our requests, thumbs up! 👍
Additionally, the second floor offers mutton hotpot dining service during the day, which is very convenient. If you haven't had a chance to eat by the time you return to the hotel in the evening, there are dishes available to order, making it very worry-free!
